Since the release of the site, it has been on complementary support for a year for some fixes or minor corrections. We still communicate if we need help or make some additional functionality.

We communicated with two people from the team. First with Linda (Head of production). Towards the final launch phase, there was a change in the point of contact to another project manager Serhiy, with whom we mainly communicate these days.

We have received positive feedback and compliments for the new website. The metrics of the website in terms of visits and sessions have also increased since the launch of the new website.

Emails were the major communication platform. There was a hiccup during the launch when there was a change in the point of contact but it was taken care of later very well.

The new point of contact is pretty responsive and gives suggestions/ quick feedback on the messaging tool as well which makes communication quite fast and efficient.

We have had a good experience with the after service. We still reach out to them for any issues/ updates that we have and our project manager proactively helps to resolve them.

We received a warm referral from League Design. We interviewed Red Lab as well as two other vendors in the space. We determined that Red Lab had the wherewithal to execute best.

3. We negotiated and finalized our Agreement
4. Red Lab proposed launching our site in two phases, which served our purposes of getting an initial website published for our investor and relationship interfacing; and then the final, full launch several weeks thereafter.

Note that the project entailed back-end as well as front-end programming; and incorporated special motion design programming as well.

I believe that we have three members from Red Lab's team that touched our project, although we only corresponded with the Project Manager. The Project Manager allocated the responsibilities between the two programmers, one who worked on the front-end platform and the other who coded the back-end aspects.

Yes, we have an amazing web-based presence which was superbly designed (by League) and expertly programmed/executed by Red Lab. We attend conferences and events, and we are currently capital raising for our venture, so it is critical to have a professional, effective website to share our story and our opportunity.

The Project Manager was always punctual and effectively managed the timeline and our expectations with regards to any deliverables during the process. We would occasionally receive drafts of the progress so that we could track the process and provide any comments, if necessary.

They worked seamlessly with the transition of the design to the programming of the website. They were efficient workers and communicated well throughout the process, and met our target to get an earlier phase 1 released ahead of a major industry conference.

We were extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. The only minor comment that we could mention is that they do not work over weekends or respond to emails. Note that this is NOT a complaint, but merely an advisory comment, so that limitation should be accounted for when managing your project to ensure project issues or goals are discussed timely during business hours so that the client can managed its expectations as well.
