RapidDev developed a new feature from scratch, which involved building an AI voice agent. The team created a written summary and enabled users to ask questions about finance and investing.

We found RapidDev through an online search. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

We worked together from July–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RapidDev completed the project with the features we asked for. The AI voice agent is yet to be fully deployed, but it will enable us to market the new feature to different audiences. Moreover, the feature saves users time.

How did RapidDev perform from a project management standpoint?

RapidDev's communication was good. The project leaders had great communication using Slack and had a helpful setup for remote teams. However, there were some delays regarding the project's start date. Our primary form of communication was in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RapidDev's communication responsiveness via Slack and the internal testing they did were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could have done better regarding timing.

RapidDev is the only company that took this project paswt the finish line. everything that they have done, has been total success. I would not choose any other developers for future projects.

The RapidDev team is outstanding in the work that they do. Quick responses and fast turn arounds when fixing any issues that come up. Any questions or issues that came up were addresses in a timely and professional manner.

WHen dealing with alot of developers today, you don't really get the feel that they are keeping up with what is going on in the development word. RapidDev is totally on par with the latest in app development. They use a solid platform that can be trusted and are very transparent about the prosess. Could not ask for a better team.

I am completely happy with the service that I have received from RapidDev and would recomend them to others.

Good project management. Occassionally, deliverables have been a bit later than expected, but I can chalk that up to our team also being delayed on our side. They have always been very communicative.

We needed help to completely build a revenue-generating MVP.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rapid Dev helped me with a complete project scope, completed all the UX/UI designs, and then built the product to our agreed standards. The product included a recommendation engine, customer onboarding, support requests, and user management.

We had regular contact with three teammates from Rapid Dev.

I found them through Bubble.io’s agency directory. We chose Rapid Dev because they were extremely responsive, helpful, and detailed.

We worked together from December 2024–June 2025.

We are now able to start onboarding paying customers.

How did Rapid Dev perform from a project management standpoint?

We received weekly updates and project timeline milestones. The milestones were achieved when each step of the build process was complete. Rapid Dev was very responsive and kept their promises.

We slipped from the original project timeline slightly, but it was handled right away. We found an alternative solution to the product roadblock that still accomplished the feature goal without sacrificing more time. We communicated via email and Zoom.

Their consistency was impressive. It was a very positive experience, and they worked hard.

We worked together to build a functional app from my initial idea, then handled the wrapping and submission to the Apple App store. They are currently developing a monetization analysis of my app to begin working on hopefully generating some revenue.
