The entire team was very professional, yet extremely personable and enjoyable to speak with! It is unique because sometimes you can get lost in a sea of paid ads, but they always kept things very grounded & relatable.

Truthfully, no. I think they executed things fairly well! My only thought was maybe being a bit more directive at the outset, rather than relying on our previous ads to drive the campaigns.
