It was very useful to have a video call and discuss all the details with the account manager. We filled the script questionnaire and the team started working on it. The result was fascinating.
After came the stage of working on the storyboard and after confirming it we moved to the design stage. Meanwhile, they provided voice over artists and we chose our favourite one. The animation stage was the most interesting one as everything came to life. In the final part sound effects and music was added. The video was delivered in a very short time.

Our main contact person was the account manager who was always ready for an extra mile. If we had any specific questions regarding the video production process we used to have video calls with our account manager and the project manager as well.
