Clients report success and happiness working with Power Digital. They also make our work look better when we share clients as we know the client has a great overall service package helping them.

We've never had issue with communication and know they will respond promptly to any inquiries we send their way. Given they're full service, they also naturally excel at project management of complex projects.

They have a unique toolset around data intelligence that allows them to easily identify opportunity gaps. Most other agencies lack anything close to this.

Overall a fan/have been happy working with them end to end. I know they're based in San Diego primarily so possibly East Coast clients may have POCs three hours away. Nothing they would change/I know they have additional offices and team members remote now but worth noting!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were no successes. We paid and waited for almost 2 months for a CRO that was generated last minute and was not up to par. They come up with ways to stretch things out and delay things in other to keep getting that money. 

The Ads were performing very badly and worse than when we were managing it, so basically, we paid a huge sum of money just to have this company put us in red. Sales dropped significantly as soon as they took over. This is actually one of the worst mistakes have made, and I would advise others to be careful of this scam. Communication with their team was poor. They come up with several lies and manipulation to keep you tied to the contract.

The Facebook and Google ads were done on time, but the team seemed inexperienced since the ads performed very poorly.
