We've worked with Polyarix on numerous projects for our agency.They have actually created our own logo as well. Furthermore, they created various websites including design for some of them. Each website had its own custom functionalities. It is of key importance to have an easy to navigate and control CMS for each website. Polyarix provides this everytime.

Also, if we request some changes or want to talk about other possible solutions they're always open for revisions and redoing some of the work to make it even better.

We used slack and that is it because I felt immediately that they were very organized on their side.

The quality of the project manager (Illia) the speed of the guys and far from anything their dedication ! They decided to continue working on the project despite the Russian Invasion. You can be sure of one thing — they are fully motivated!

We have been working with Polyarix for a long time on an ongoing basis. We had several complex projects to work on and Polyarix made it in a highly professional way - they introduced clear strategy and creative ideas to perform our projects and to perfectly meet our company values.

What were your goals for this project?

1. To create a corporate website to introduce our service to users and to clearly show our company workflow, so that clients can get the most complete vision of how to use the service. The task was to create a high-quality and informative representative product which inspires confidence.
2. To create an e-commerce platform for ordering automobile parts from Japan. The service covers the private and corporate segment. It is important to built a system that you can manage independently and systematize internal business processes, from searching for spare parts on the site, to the final step of order and payment. General component is the maintenance of internal documentation and order statuses.

How did you select this vendor?

We were advised this team by friends for which Polyarix developed an e-commerce project.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Corporate website and e-commerce platform for vehicle parts retail. Project was developed on Laravel and Wordpress. Polyarix created a unique design for our sites. Once we had a conversation with Polyarix they took into account all our wishes concerning web application developing, created prototypes, wireframes and mockups of the project. Plyarix designed all structures of the service and added it to Statement of Work. As a decision they suggested two systems - Word Press for corporate site and framework Laravel with MySQL database for e-commerce project. This way of structure organization helped us to solve the tasks.

What was the team composition?

Project is leading by two project managers. A balance is maintained by strictly performing according to the agreements. Project managers are always in touch and can provide a work-status report and show the results. The team is performing its work with high passion and responsibility. Project manager, business analyst, web designer, graphic designer, front-end, back-end developers, QA participated in the project. Server configuration is handled by devops engineer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The visual aspect of the site is clearness, beauty, friendly and its easy to use. Some elements of animation was also used. E-commerce project is still being developed and updated. This is quite a massive project but at the moment everything is going perfect with no issues. We have been working with Polyarix since 2018. We have invested over $10000 and looking forward to work with this team efficiently in the current and future projects.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Polyarix succeeds by solving problems in a systematic way. We coordinated all steps of a working process. Polyarix developed Statement of Work and proposed several ideas for better optimizing of work process. It is important that all work processes are complete and everything is done with the perfect attention to every detail. They developed a great design with animation elements for us. The emphasis is on the convenience of using the interface. The team provided a transparent assessment of the project and worked in detail on each and every part of our service.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Our company had a work experience with other IT companies, but there are some reasons why we chose Polyarix to cooperate with - this company is very precise, highly responsible and professional on what they are doing. To get your project performed successfully you need to clearly understand what you want in the result. The more detailed and clear the task is, the better and faster the result will be obtained.

I launched a custom, feature-rich networking website three years ago. The design always had an amateur look, and as new features were added, the overall appearance became more and more disjointed. The design was severely limiting the growth of the user base.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to see marked growth in registered users and interest in newly introduced site functionality. The design needed to be professional and attractive while retaining the full site functionality.

How did you select this vendor?

I searched Upwork for designers with Yii experience. I ended up selecting Polyarix based on a combination of price, experience with our framework, and their love of design. Upwork has many back-end and full-stack developers for the Yii framework, but my concern was to find a designer who really emphasizes and specializes in fronted design. I wanted to see more advertisement for design than for Yii development. Polyarix stood out from the rest as ones who make beautiful design their primary starting point.

Describe the project in detail.

The project included front-end design for multiple site features across a few sub-domains. I provided notes of requirements and wants. Polyarix suggested completing the project in two milestones: Design and branding, and Front-end and back-end connection.

A third milestone was later added for a related Wordpress redesign. A basic design was quickly provided, followed by mockups. It was then built into html pages to complete the first milestone. Work on the second milestone involved a developer implementing the design on a staging site, and toward the end working through various adjustments and feedback.

What was the team composition?

The company founder was my point of contact. Behind the scenes there were a few different designers and developers working as needed on the various aspects of the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new design has only been active for around a month, but already we are seeing a doubling of site traffic and many new user registrations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The owner is a good, responsive communicator. We communicated solely through Upwork. It was effortless and frequent, usually multiple times per week.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed by the level of knowledge and professionalism used with each challenge. There were many difficulties and potential pitfalls faced throughout the project, but I was pleased that they worked through each one in short order.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There was no area where I felt improvement was needed. The final product exceeded my expectations and I could not be more pleased.

POLYARIX handled system design based on our business requirements, built a PoC, and then delivered a full-scale working solution. They also provided a QA team that tested the system end-to-end before delivery. The Integration with Salesforce was part of the scope and was executed without issues.
