Plantech Industries' project management approach was really a cornerstone of our collaboration in building Wave Connect. Their professionalism, efficiency, and adaptability were evident throughout the project. 

Their commitment to timelines was impeccable. They meticulously planned each phase of the project, setting clear milestones and deadlines. Their ability to deliver items on time was consistent across all aspects, including product development, marketing campaigns, financial planning, and investor outreach. 

Regular progress updates and transparent communication ensured that we were always aligned and aware of the project's status. Plantech's responsiveness to our needs was exceptional. They were always available to address questions, concerns, or changes in requirements. 

Their agile approach allowed them to adapt quickly to new challenges or shifts in direction, ensuring that the project remained on track. Whether it was a minor adjustment or a significant strategic pivot, Djordje's team was proactive in understanding our needs and implementing solutions. Here's what I found most impressive and unique about them: The combination of innovation, holistic engagement, agility and commitment to excellence made them an extraordinary partner for Wave Connect. 

Their unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and human-centric values created a partnership that was not just productive but truly transformative. Working with Plantech was not just about building a product; it was about building a shared vision and a lasting relationship. Their approach is a model for what modern venture-building can and should be.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Plantech Industries could have done differently?

Plantech was responsive to our needs and open to feedback, but there were occasions when the integration of specific feedback into the development process could have been more timely. A more structured feedback loop might enhance the responsiveness to our input. Also, a more explicit alignment with our long-term strategic vision could have added depth to the planning process, but I guess this is also partly our problem as well. 

These observations are minor in the context of an otherwise highly successful collaboration. Plantech Industries' strengths far outweighed these areas for improvement, and their willingness to learn and adapt is a testament to their professionalism.

I am the CEO of a medical content agency that produces written content for marketing agencies and medical professionals in the health, wellness, and medical industries.

For what projects/services did your company hire proceraSoft Technologies?

Our website was built to help us launch the company, but was in an early stage. We needed to work with a competent team to help us keep some of the feel and look of our old website. However, we wanted additional functionality on the site and it needed to cover some deficiencies left by the previous company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with Djordje on some projects before and knew about his expertise. When we were looking for solutions, he was the first call I made.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Djordje reviewed our current website and reviewed the issues that we knew we were having. After getting an idea of our known issues, he utilized his team's expertise to identify other issues (that were unknown to us) to make the project really worthwhile. We had clear expectations and a clear idea of how long it would take. Their team hit (and exceeded) all of our expectations. They delivered a product on time, on budget, and that solved our issues.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I'm not sure about all of the folks that Djordje had work on our project as he and I had a previous working relationship so he handled all of our communication directly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Procerasoft's work helped to better optimize our website. They added additional functionalities to help suit our client's needs. So far, we've gotten rave reviews from clients and have had more success in booking leads.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Djordje handled all of our communication directly and set out clear expectations and deadlines from the beginning. He allowed ample time for us to review their work and went over what they had done on a series of video calls. They were always available when we needed to talk to them about our thoughts.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

After working with the previous company who had originally designed our company website, I had a bad taste in my mouth. I had even avoided working with other professionals and tried to learn to solve problems on my own. However, I knew that this was out of my league. Djordje's team handled every aspect like the professionals they are.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn't have changed anything about their approach. They scheduled enough time for the project to be done well, but it never felt like they were dragging their feet. I felt like our work was properly prioritized and communication was outstanding.

I'm the Sr. Director of SecOps Delivery at a cybersecurity company. We offer Real-Time Visibility, Automated Contextual Detection, Prioritized Investigation and Risk Driven Response.

For what projects/services did your company hire Plantech, and what were your goals?

We wanted to have an interactive dashboard for the line of products we're offering as well as a mobile app for our users. Before reaching out to Plantech, we hired a team of freelancers from India and that was probably the biggest mistake we could have made. Plantech stepped in at the right time and really took us through a superb discovery and delivered an absolutely amazing solution that most of us haven't even thought of.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got to plantech via a referal from a mutual friend and through several introdcution and discovery workshops found that their team has the experience we need to get the solution built.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Through several lengthy workshops we came up with the best scope. Plantech helped us design and build a Flutter mobile app and a web app built in Django/Python and React. Additionally, they provided QA and other technical support services for both mobile and web development.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 7–10 people from Plantech, including Djordje (Senior Product Manager), a lead designer, several Flutter developers and several web developers, a DevOps person and several QA folks. Additionally, they were capable of bringing support intermediary resources if needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Plantech successfully delivered the apps, and they were very accommodating to the scope creeps and direction changes that these kinds of projects entail. They even managed to teach us a thing or two about agile and we've since implemented these things in our organization.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Plantech’s project management was absolutely amazing and nothing I had ever experienced before. They delivered the app on time, which was very important for us, and they did exceptionally well managing the budget. Plus it was all done fully agile (and I mean true agile). Djordje's performance was also exceptional; he was a rockstar. I could send them something during my afternoon, and he still answered despite being in a different time zone — I didn’t know when he slept. We had regular Google Meet calls, and used tools such as Jira for project management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The difference between working with Plantech and other offshore companies I’ve engaged in the past is a matter of trust. Originally, someone recommended them to me, and I didn’t know how it would be to work with them until I did. Since then, we’ve developed an excellent working relationship, and I no longer consider working with anyone else for development projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can recall, honestly. Everything was so well managed and so well done.
