To produce a 12-minute video that would encapsulate our vision and mission, and convey what the MCSPA stands for in its work of assisting the under-privileged and forming people to carry out develoipmental and humanitarian work. The work also consisted in creating and streamlining the website of our worldwide organisation, and asisting us to migrate to a more reliable IT platform. We continue to require assistance in adapting our IT and media resources to fit new circumstances and needs.

The event photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that document key moments, interactions, and highlights of the event. The goal is to provide a comprehensive visual record that can be used for marketing, communications, and archival purposes. The event photography scope includes a pre-event consultation to align on expectations, ensuring key moments are captured effectively. On the day of the event, the photographer will provide on-site coverage, documenting all significant moments, including speeches, interactions, and venue details. Following the event, a curated selection of high-quality, edited images will be delivered in both web and print resolution.

CMS website
The scope of work for the CMS website development includes requirement gathering and planning to understand objectives, target audience, and functional needs. It covers UI/UX design to ensure a visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive experience. The project involves setting up a content management system (CMS) for easy updates, developing core website features such as navigation, content pages, forms, and media integration, and implementing SEO best practices for visibility. Thorough testing will be conducted for functionality, security, and performance before deployment. The website will be launched with proper configurations, followed by training and documentation for CMS management. Post-launch support will be provided for troubleshooting and minor adjustments. PixelMusica was tasked to film a 2 day concert with an Artist at the famed Esplanade concert hall. There were quite a few constraints from the concert hall when it comes to video filming. Camera location, inability to use dollies or cranes for video shots, etc. PixelMusica was able to work within these constraints and came up with creative ways to get the shots we want.

Adrian and his team at PixelMusica also came up with some fantastic ideas for filming additional candid shots of the Artist being interviewed. Their location scouting and setup was quick and effortless. The project took a little longer as PixelMusica had to wait for the music audio to be mixed and mastered in Los Angeles. When we received the final video, we were blown away by the quality. Every detail, every frame was well thought out, and the color correction was on point.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed the visuals to match the audio quality of the concert. The final deliverable (video) has to be as good as what was typically produced in Los Angeles. After seeing what PixelMusica had previously done, we had a good feeling that what they can create from us won't be cheesy or cliche.

They did their fair share. We took a lot longer with our audio production outside of PixelMusica's scope. But all in all, they checked in on us and when we delivered the final audio mixes to them, it took them no time to marry the audio to the visuals.

Professionalism was evident from the CEO all the way to the intern.PixelMusic imbued and forged a great sense of pride in the work they do. I am impressed with how well they can anticipate problems and navigate around them before it becomes sticky.

At that time, I wished PixelMusica have a more robust audio team that can handle audio archival, we ended up using another vendor for that. I believe PixelMusica may have fixed that by having a permanent audio engineer on their team now.
