I'm a sole proprietor serving Title companies, attorneys and City and County governments, providing title research. I've been in business, in this field, for the past 40 years.

Progress has no limitations. I was recently tasked, by a clients request, to provide research that could be converted to an XML format. I contacted Oyova, I explained my needs, as well as my clients needs. I required a form that would be easy to fill out, that I would then have the ability to print out and also be converted to the required XML format. Oyova understood my questions, I'm not the most technological person, but we were able to discuss the problem in terms I could understand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Selecting Oyova was easy, I researched different vendors, read the reviews that others left on websites other than their own, the feedback I found was very positive. Next, being a small business, I prefer working with smaller vendors, Oyova fit my needs.

I required a form that would be easy to fill out, that I would then have the ability to print out and also be converted to the required XML format. Oyova prepared sample forms for review, changes were made quickly. We have a web based form that functions as required.

My initial contact was with the President and Chief Revenue Officer, following that was the Account Manager, who coordinated with their developer on my project.

Good communication is a gift that not many companies use to their best ability. Good communication is critical when the project is multi-faceted. Oyova does a great job with communication.
