We have declined to accept their work because of its unsatisfactory quality. After a few months, we started having problems, and I met with their project manager multiple times. The project manager ignored my concerns in spite of that, and by February he had stopped talking to me altogether. 

We ended up signing a new contract in April after talking with the VP, and development got underway, but the admin panel and mobile apps are still unfinished. Their team members lack professionalism and qualifications in general.

They don't have any project management experience. When we contacted the CEO, he didn't appear to be aware of the situation. Furthermore, they declined to return our money or provide us with the work they had completed so we could take the project to another company to be completed. 

Our company has experienced delays and income loss as a result of this, and we are currently seeking legal guidance on how to proceed. All in all, they are unresponsive and failed to complete the task at hand in the allotted time.
