I am new to my position with UWSWMN and have never been in charge of a website before. I was not in love with the website when I started. I felt it was not user friendly for visitors or those trying to make it work. It was full of stock photos and not interactive. I reached out to our representative with the intention of moving our website to a different provider. 

After working with Allyson, I have learned many aspects of this website, and she has helped me transform it into something I and my board are happy with. Allyson has been wonderful to work with and I look forward to our check-ins to see what else we can update and improve on.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being able to transform our website into a more interactive site with photos that are of our community has been very well received. Allyson helped me update parts of the site that had been very stagnant. Our website now looks more like who we are and the people we serve.

OneEach Technologies is very easy to work with. She continues to teach me aspects of this website and shows be what it could look like. I feel more and more confident that I am able to create useful content that looks professional and is more accessible to visitors. It is very easy to set up a meeting time with Allyson and she responds quickly to my email questions.

Allyson has a solid understanding and background with United Ways. She is able to advise and show me how things are supposed to be presented to stay within the UWW guidelines.

I am still learning and so far, everything has been positive. Of course, there are areas I would love to change but at this time an overhaul of our site is not in our budget.

OneEach built our website using a custom designed branded template of our choosing. We were provided with a wonderful project manager once the staging site was complete who worked with us graciously as we navigated time constraints and lack of knowledge. Christina, our project manager, and Chrissy, our account manager went above and beyond the call of duty to encourage us, answer our numerous questions and find solutions for several challenges. 

Our project time line was extended due to time contraints of our small staff and in no way reflects on OneEach. Christina was available every step of the way and when our website launched, she shared in our excitement. It was wonderful to have a personable, encouraging, knowledgeable person supporting us.

No much, almost everything was done with excellence. There were a couple of online resources that I mentioned to them that needed some updating.

Unity Worldwide Ministries, our membership organization, recommended OneEach to all members for web services.

They are an approved vendor for Unity websites from Unity Worldwide Ministries.

Indicated to our OneEach account manager we were ready for a refresh. She sent us to the online area where new templates could be viewed. We selected a template then behind-the-scenes we made updates to our existing site which would then port over to the new template.

Jordan was our Account Manager, then there were 6 others on the development team.

OneEach runs our website, however this was a separate side project on our website that we needed for a separate Capital Campaign fundraising effort.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have had our website with OneEach for a while now, and they have been amazing and attentive with any issues we have had.

Christina and her coworkers from OneEach took on our goal for a separate fundraising campaign and went above and beyond. We had a lot of unique requests on this project and they adapted and created our ideal page.

There were a few, but directly, we worked with Christina. She was amazingly attentive. Out of this world!

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Christina and her coworkers would respond typically in less than 24 hours and worked with us to make ever single aspect that we had envisioned, become possible. We met with her via virtual video, and mainly through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The customer service. BEYOND attentive and responsive to any and every idea we had. Even on certain things that weren't possible, they found a work-around. Our office is incredibly impressed with how amazing their whole team is.

NONE. They were amazing.
