I’m the director of Ocloudi Hosting Solutions Private Limited, an IT company. We provide affordable domain registration, web hosting, email hosting, and web development services to help businesses establish and manage their online presence.

We needed help with the development of our hosting business management portal, website design, advertising, social media ads, and SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OMANGOM has designed and developed our website, created our branding, and designed our hosting control panel. The team has also created a complete customer billing management portal and integrated third-party tools into our platform. In addition, OMANGOM provides SEO, advertising, and other branding-related work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

OMANGOM has quickly delivered ongoing requirements. As a startup, we have very variable needs, and the team has fulfilled all of them with extreme professionalism. Thanks to their work, we’ve increased our website traffic from 0 to 100,000 and our revenue from $0 to $50,000.

How did OMANGOM perform from a project management standpoint?

OMANGOM delivers on time. Since we’re working on an ongoing basis, they’re our technology partner for development and digital marketing. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Omangom delivered my visionary functionality where many freelancers failed. I provided a blueprint of what my Individual and Corporate Wellness App required and they were able to execute my entire process. Apple Store integration was key to my marketability and sustainability and Omangom delivered. There were a few obstacles which they were able to overcome where others failed.

The most important outcome was being able to successfully integrate the wearable-trackers via web and mobile platforms.

Most of the time they were timely with deadlines. Sometimes delays occur from third parties when you are dealing with multiple integrations

I would say a weekly meeting to keep the client updated. I knew they were working diligently behind the scenes, This had no impact on their performance.
