• User Friendly interface on both Web and Mobile Application: Android and iOS. 
• Login Access for the staff members. 
• The HRIS should be able to generate query-based reports and all reports should be exportable to different formats like pie charts, graphs, excel, word and pdf etc. 
• Integration with the biometric/access card machines.
• Provide necessary user, manager guidelines, SOPs and end user trainings.
