Yes, our ideas are being listened to, but what about telling us your ideas for more growth and to make our website awesome on an international level. Additionally to get us intiated with Google Ads as we have mentioned before! We are interested in a YouTube Chanel too. Sometimes time differences may be challenging when corresponding via emails.

The goal was to create a flexible, scalable, and efficient solution for online training delivery.

The success of the project can be attributed to several key factors. Firstly, the implementation of automated training processes has streamlined course delivery, allowing users to engage with content more efficiently. Additionally, there has been a noticeable reduction in manual workload for administrators, freeing up their time to focus on other critical tasks. Higher completion rates among users indicate that the system is effective in keeping learners engaged and motivated.

The project management approach included breaking the project down into short sprints, which made it easier to tackle everything step by step. They were really responsive and proactive, keeping me in the loop throughout the process. Even though there were a few minor delays with some milestones, they delivered the project just as I expected. Overall, I appreciated their commitment to quality and making sure I was happy with the results!

With our PCI Payment Portal website, powered by Netclues, we use this to take payments for all of our Timeshare Owners tax payments, Timeshare Owner Maintenance Dues payments. It is very useful that the website works so efficiently for our payments, with almost all major card distributors accepted by the Payment Portal.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lakul from Netclues was notified by myself about the issues we were having with our PCI Portal not aking payment two weeks ago. Within an hour I had a response from him confiming that him & the Netclues team were working hard in the background of the website to get everything back up & running for us. We experienced a cyber attack/fraudster trying to make payments & refund said payments back to himself.

Lakul & team were able to intercept the attack & get things up & running for us within 2-3 days. Through email & WhatsApp communication myself & our Accountant for PCI were able to easily chat with Lakul through the process & receive updates as requested.

It was quite a big issue it seemed & Lakul and Netclues team were very efficient on timing to deliver our service back to us & secure our payment portal again! Very huge thanks to the whole team but Lakul especially for how quickly they were able to mend things.

The personal service provided, it felt as if we were #1 priority & the team were hard at work to resolve our issues. Also Lakul provided periodic timeline updates via Whatsapp as they would work through trying to resolve the issue for us. We find that they provide us a great Payment Portal website for our Timeshare Owners & have it very nicely laid out for them to make payments on their own accord from the pleasure of their homes before coming down for their Timeshare weeks.

The previous website providers did not do the work properly. The website was changed three times and once it was compromised and hacked by scammers. So, we contacted Net clues to give us the professional website and asked them to transfer the contents from the previous websites and activate the SSL.

He is very friendly and accommodative and knowledgeable. He is very punctual and professional and has innovative methods, especially when we wanted to incorporate our payment gateway. The whole team was excellent in responding.

• 6 Search Engine Rankings have gone up as well, we are aiming to raise even higher.

It would have been more helpful if they had more graphics design input in the early stages. We could not show them the design that we wanted, and hoped that they would convert our ideas into designs. That said, they can improve their graphics team and have more design elements.
