Yes, the use of incorporating AI on the website and alerting us and providing new concepts and modern features on how to enhance our website with the latest trends. Yes, our ideas are being listened to, but what about telling us your ideas for more growth and to make our website awesome on an international level. Additionally to get us intiated with Google Ads as we have mentioned before! We are interested in a YouTube Chanel too. Sometimes time differences may be challenging when corresponding via emails.

With our PCI Payment Portal website, powered by Netclues, we use this to take payments for all of our Timeshare Owners tax payments, Timeshare Owner Maintenance Dues payments. It is very useful that the website works so efficiently for our payments, with almost all major card distributors accepted by the Payment Portal.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lakul from Netclues was notified by myself about the issues we were having with our PCI Portal not aking payment two weeks ago. Within an hour I had a response from him confiming that him & the Netclues team were working hard in the background of the website to get everything back up & running for us. We experienced a cyber attack/fraudster trying to make payments & refund said payments back to himself.

Lakul & team were able to intercept the attack & get things up & running for us within 2-3 days. Through email & WhatsApp communication myself & our Accountant for PCI were able to easily chat with Lakul through the process & receive updates as requested.

It was quite a big issue it seemed & Lakul and Netclues team were very efficient on timing to deliver our service back to us & secure our payment portal again! Very huge thanks to the whole team but Lakul especially for how quickly they were able to mend things.

The personal service provided, it felt as if we were #1 priority & the team were hard at work to resolve our issues. Also Lakul provided periodic timeline updates via Whatsapp as they would work through trying to resolve the issue for us. We find that they provide us a great Payment Portal website for our Timeshare Owners & have it very nicely laid out for them to make payments on their own accord from the pleasure of their homes before coming down for their Timeshare weeks.

The Netclues Team is very professional and experienced and was easy to work with. We wanted a partner for our nerw website and reservation system that we belive would be a good fit for the loan term and we believe Netclues offers the best service in our market.

The whole team was excellent in responding.

• We have already ecperienced Increased Traffic. We are anticipating to have a higher conversion rate due to the quicker loading and demonstration of the venue in crisp digital format. 
• Mobile Responsiveness -  With the rise of mobile browsing, measuring the percentage of users accessing the site via mobile devices—and how they interact with the site—can indicate the success of responsive design efforts - the new design is more cell phone user friendly. 
• 6 Search Engine Rankings have gone up as well, we are aiming to raise even higher.

We are a newly formed law firm, and we just started in March 2021, and we needed help designing and launching our website.

We gave Netclues a few websites that we liked and told them we wanted a clean, modern look for our site. We also wanted the site to be user-friendly and work across mobile phones and devices. 

Netclues handled the concept, design, and launch of our website. They sent 4–5 designs to us throughout the process, and we made changes along the way. We have already launched the website, but they are currently providing maintenance.

Harsh (Product Manager) is our main point of contact, and we also work with Jay (Internet Marketing & Sales Executive). They have a whole team working on the background, but we don’t interact with them.

Netclues is good at project management. They have a hands-on approach, and they are accessible through email, telephone calls, and in-person meetings. We are pleased with their customer service skills and personal relationship with our team. Even though we had some disagreements, they have maintained a good attitude and accommodated us.

We are impressed with their interpersonal skills, customer service, and responsiveness.

It would have been more helpful if they had more graphics design input in the early stages. We could not show them the design that we wanted, and hoped that they would convert our ideas into designs. That said, they can improve their graphics team and have more design elements.
