We had a series of meetings, we went over wireframes and Design. We had a call friday of every week. To review and discuss. This team was amazing and understanding of how we wanted things to be done and always understood what we wanted and changed based on that. We used marvel for the designs and spoke through skype for constant communication

A project manager was assigned to us. Who helped with designs and workflow. Then a lead developer was assigned and we stayed in contact with both in the same group chat

Almost everyday, the team always had something done; whether it was new features or bug fixes. They allowed us to play around and test in testflight and googleplay apk. Team was always in time

There knowledge in workflows. Sometimes we would have over the top ideas and the team would help us understand the complexity of the workflow and make it make sense. Also had an amazing design team. The design of the app was exactly how we wanted it in the first half of the contract

We had a lengthy scoping discussion to ensure the project was mapped out correctly, followed by the design and build of the app. The website was then created off the back of this. This used a combination of technologies, including native programming for both Android and iPhone, and an API to sync the web and mobile apps with a centralised database cluster.

There perhaps could have been a more regular project review of the app and website features, to ensure that everything spec'd was appropriately costed.

Develop, enhance, test and deploy new web applications with the end goal of launching an engaging, user-friendly website application. The provider will gather and define requirements, troubleshoot, code, and fix bugs, following best practices, and collaborating with the development team. This project does not include ongoing maintenance of the site outside of what may be stated in the scope. This SOW covers the following activities and deliverables.

• Integrations Discovery: [PROVIDER] will consult with Syncwatt development team to discover various means for achieving the integrations requested and will spend time researching and developing the integrations requested with best practices of the application program interface technology and modern security standards.
• Host and Domain Setup: [PROVIDER] will set up hosting for the requested domain. Maintenance and ownership of the account belongs to Power in People, LLC at the conclusion of the project, and Syncwatt development team will maintain ownership of the registered domain name used for the project.

I receive daily email updates on the tasks that have been completed and scheduled to be worked on. We use ClickUp to manage tasks and communicate via Skype for real-time communication. The team is knowledgeable and makes sure to check in with me about any misunderstandings and makes sure they understand what they are supposed to create before beginning the work. After verifying what a particular feature is supposed to be accomplished, they provide me with an estimated time of completion and wait for my approval of the work hours. They are responsive and get work done promptly.

We had initial meeting and communication via email on what is required for the project. After a week of this they were ready to start - in between the projects I would have additional features that would require the project to be extended but they were very quick.

Within a month or 2 we had our first APK to test out and after the 2nd month of adding dither features, integrating with AWS, Firebase and others we had the app on the Google Play store and also an admin access via websites to manage user data, brands and meme templates.
