We wanted to develop a mobile app for our customers, drivers and partners. Narola infotech were precise in the project management and development aspect and helped us release the applications on the app stores on the projected timelines.

We selected the vendor based on the reviews they had received on Freelancer. I had personally worked on another project with the same vendor.

We had many discovery meetings to understand the design and process of the application. After discovery we had several meetings to decide on finalized designs for the app. Post that it was more related to development and testing the app functionality.

We worked with 1 project manager and 3-4 developers

Project management style was good and we had weekly meetings using Skype.

They offer all the services requested.

Design and Architecture of Processes for Software development diagrams would be something ideal to have as part of documentation. Documentation needs to be created and shared with clients.

We had contact with 4 senior members of their team including an Android developer, Web developer, Design specialist and a customer representative.

We launched the MVP successfully and it is allowing us to proceed with our business plan.

I reviewed their work in Freelancer.com and saw they did many projects and had very good reviews and recommendations. After a zoom meeting with them I decided to take them.

We had a kickoff meeting where I provided the team leader an invision design to based the website on, as well as the needed access to work on the site. We had standup meetings and daily updates. At one point I added another developer to speed up the project.

I worked with Sunil, the team leader.

The project was successful and the client was very pleased with the result. We had a couple of corrections since which the vendor did perfectly.

We communicated using the freelancer.com chat which was ok. We will probably move to excel in future projects.

They had many developers who could assist in any aspect of development, which was the most impressive.

Need to better estimate the schedule and offer to add more team members if the timing is tight.

I usually prepared all details and shared with them multiple documents. Every day and week of development we allign via Skype or with the same shared docs or check progress and polish the steps to do/redo.

Usualy 3 people for each project. A tech team lead, a developer and the responsible for sale.

The results are difficult to be linked only with the development of the Apps.
