The results of the team's work are measured according to the task itself, sometimes a repair of a malfunction, sometimes a new component. The measurement of success is in the delivery of the task, that is, a malfunction that was handled or a new component that was implemented in TRAXI

The management of the team is carried out in a wonderful way and the work is divided according to need so that if I need DEVOPS or design or development the most suitable team will work on the task and sometimes the task will pass between several teams and still deliver on time and in an exact way to my requirements

In my opinion, the important part is the treatment that TRAXI receives, it seems as if the company's success is as important to them as it is to me. This is expressed in suggestions for improvement in the system and the delivery of the task in such a way that TRAXI customers receive a product that works smoothly and continuously, the team really invests in thinking and planning in each task and takes the work seriously

As far as I can see, I have no optimization suggestions, the team is perfectly synchronized and everyone is focused on the task of keeping the customer satisfied

Most of us have either been directly impacted by the consequences of poor or dangerous driving, or we know someone who has. The primary means by which we will impact the habits of road users is by introducing a 5-star rating system through which a user of the app can have an influence on the behaviour of other road users.

This is done by building a database focused on each individual vehicle using the license plate number. Connecting each individual downloaded the app to a vehicle’s plate number allows users to interact with each other without disclosing any private information. 

This method also allows users to interact with corporate users such as truck or transportation companies, as well as have their concerns noticed by the insurance companies of those drivers who are driving badly.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The total project was broken down into manageable sub-projects. First IOS App, then replicate with Android App. Gain clearance from respective review boards. Finally integrate with the website including Corporate customer portals, payment portals, sales team portals and finally administration.

Yes for the most part! Delays were mostly due to unplanned changes on our part which lead to increased functionality. In these cases, Narola showed flexibility and patience with me. In addition, there were some problem-solving issues as we were pushing the boundaries of the respective operating systems. Again Nerola patiently explained what was possible and we would work forward from there.

We spent a few calls discussing what exactly we wanted, it was quite simple since I already had a vision and UI/UX in mind. We wanted to app to be functional across iOS and Android so they built the app in React.

We interfaced with 3 people on their team but they also had dedicated developers on our project as well. We worked with an account manager and 2 project managers.

They fixed issues. If they messed up, they would fix it. If I messed up, they fixed it. They were full of integrity and hard work.

The most impressive thing about Narola was that they stayed consistent in communication.

I liked their communication skills and technical expertise. They are flexible in communication needs and are open to other chat platforms besides skype and slack. Extremely responsive.

We put a bid on upwork and received about a hundred proposals. Narola was different because they actually read our requirements and put a very detailed plan with very realistic hourly estimates for each tasks.

This was a large marketplace project build on MEAN stack. Narola managed everything from setting up the dev environment to helping me deploying it in AWS. The functionality was extensive: user management, scheduling, payment processing, reviews, notifications, etc.
