We hired Naked to Develop a custom app to track streaming service content. They assured us they would be able to deliver what we invisioned. Instead they took our money and delivered a piece of garbage that didn't work 6 months after the projected timeframe. After months of being unhappy and them telling us it will get better we ended up firing them and finding a different developer who actually knew what he was doing. Not to mention they failed to tell us they were using no code development so when we asked for all of our files there was nothing for the new developer to use.

Naked designed the app and the design phase has been completed. Naked is building the app and the app is currently under construction and will most likely be available in the next few weeks for beta testing. Naked is currently building our branding book which is close to completion and Naked has built our landing page and it should be completed in the next few weeks.

During the design phase Naked came up with several key additions to our exisiting ideas to really enhance the app for the end user. During the development phase Naked has help us design a visually beautiful app that is easy to use and developed an algorithm for suggesting content for the user. Naked has helped us develop our branding book and helped us design and develop a landing page for the app. Naked is currently helping us with our marketing plan.

Naked has provided us with an amazing project management team from the start to finish. It started with the CEO and he is the reason we chose Naked as our development team. The design team has been amazing and have met our timelines and when there have been small set backs they have been very honest and have communicated openly about how we could fix the problems and keep the project moving forward. The marketing team has also been amazing and has met all our timelines and are a big part of getting this project to market.

It’s an understatement to say this feedback is disappointing, as our intent is always to deliver quality work, transparent communication, and results aligned with the agreed scope. This project faced unique challenges that created frustration on both sides, and despite multiple phases of design and development being delivered - along with several accommodations made to address an extended timeframe - the outcome did not meet the client’s expectations.

When concerns were raised, our leadership engaged directly and pursued resolution options, including settlement discussions, because we believe in handling conflict fairly. Honestly, very little to critique. If anything, having more visual previews during the design phase would have helped us speed up internal approvals. But that’s minor compared to the overall excellence they brought to the table.
