We met, we talked about what I needed.  I was asked to answer a series of questions to develop my plan.  They created the copy.  I edited bareley anything.  They showed my a few web designs of my concept and had me decide on the design I like best.  The added the copy to the design. Minor adjustments were made.  Website complete!

We had a meeting to discuss goals and objectives. The team designed and developed an informational WordPress website. They created 3 landing pages and updated the content to reflect the services of Kim Lovell Photography.

We hired through word of mouth. Our deciding factors was ease to deal with Sara, and her portfolio of work.

We had an initial discovery session to outline my company's needs in greater detail. Mojo Media then did extensive research for my industry and competitors and scheduled a meeting to ask more specific questions. I shared a couple of websites that I liked and they began to design the wireframes. Once the wireframes were approved, they began to design the website.

I worked with about two people from Mojo Media from inception to completion. First, I worked with a member of the sales team, then a project manager was assigned to me that walked me through the stages of the website process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It’s been a few months now since the new website has launched and we’ve seen a 120% increase in leads directly from the website. We receive compliments on the website frequently from customers stating that the website looks very professional and is easy to navigate and find information.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was excellent. Most everyone on Mojo Media’s team could be counted on to respond in 24 hours. I honestly fell behind on submitting some of the details they needed from me once or twice, but they offered gentle reminders that got me back on track. They were willing to schedule calls when needed, and kept me apprised of their progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’d say the quality of their work and results distinguishes them. That’s the easiest way to distinguish between one provider and another — you can simply look at their portfolio and the websites they’ve developed. Mojo Media clearly outclassed all of the other companies that we looked at, and we considered 15–20 companies that do this work relatively well. Beyond that, their creativity and understanding of user-friendliness were very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only areas of improvement is to offer other services as well. We are very happy and would buy more from Mojo.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed over 20 web design agencies but Mojo Media stood out to us from the beginning and it was a very easy decision for us. The deciding factors were seeing the previous websites they have developed for clients as well as their positive online reviews.

During the kickoff, we described our company vision, business goals, target market, and messaging. We then described the style and effects we enjoyed from comparable websites. Next, Mojo Media developed the wireframes to show us the flow of the website and explained how this flow will improve conversions. The team then designed and developed the site on WordPress. We approved everything before the site went live.

We worked with two people from the agency. The first individual was from the sales department and the second individual was our project manager. The project manager was there from the start of the project to the end to ensure that we were satisfied with our website. The project manager frequently communicated with us to give us updates on the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They are one of the highest ROI investments I’ve ever made. The website is the number one source of new business for our firm. They did a good job of taking a complex service and industry and explaining those concepts in a visual, easy-to-understand way. The website flows smartly and intuitively. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback on it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective. We have regular meetings on a weekly basis for progress updates. They are a team of strong communicators. We appreciate that they provide us with meeting summaries for future reference, including the topics we covered and any agreements made.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is very cooperative, and their response time is great. They also don’t sacrifice the quality of their work. I worked with another web development team, and Mojo Media definitely exceeds them. Their level of competency, artistic ability, and attention to detail are impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, we’re very happy with our new website. Mojo Media went above and beyond and treated our business as if it was their own. They don’t rush their work and they produce quality work that is worth its price.
