We were looking for a suitable company to design and create our web application. One of our partners used mobitouch in their venture and speaks highly of the company. That gave us an impulse to look closely in mobitouch’s work. After a few weeks of research and verifying the opinions we found on the internet, we happily decided to contact the mobitouch representatives.

From the beginning we have decided, that this project will be classed as MVP. We need it to have a base function with the potential to expand. We drew a plan that was divided in three phases: design, development and deployment. In the begging of the works mobitouch prepared several graphic designs examples and concepts.
After we agreed on one of them, second phase started. Second step began from development of the actual web application. During this period, we consulted with the programmers on performance optimization. After a successful assemble of the app, mobitouch tested it in a live environment scenario. Another crucial point was the design and implementation of the tailored CMS into our web app.
It allows us to actively react upon the needs of our project. This also helped in creating the key words base with accompanied questions assigned to the chosen branches of the law. In the MVP stage of the project, maximal number of the data base branches is three. This will be the cornerstone for creating an algorithm based on machine learning, which in future will allow us to automate the process of data analysis.

Mobitouch provided us with the services of a .NET Developer, React.js Developer, UI/UX Designer and Quality Assurance Specialist. Also, we were guided and assisted by the Project Manger on every step of the project.

After the successful testing, the project went on-line. Thanks to mobitouch’s work, user data input has an automatic prompt system. It allows to forward specifying questions to clients, helping law practitioners to identify their needs in more accurate and efficient way.

I can strongly say that we choose the right contractor for our project. From the very beginning we could count on a full answer to our questions and simple but professional clarifications of the process. I do not recall any problems whatsoever with communication between us and mobitouch representatives.
The meetings were arranged by Project Manager, always executed on time and to the point. During them we could always drop a question or suggestion and felt understood and taken care of. Outside of these appointments the communication was also impeccable.

Designing and creating web app like our project is a bread and butter for mobitouch. Their specialists are highly responsive and easy to reach. This allowed us to go through the project creation like a breeze. Workflow was smooth and professional.

FoodCore offers the ability to create a personalized user profile, which allows the input of viable data: food allergies, digestive problems etc. In response app is suggesting avoidance of some foods and proposing variety of replacements. The important part of the project is additional information about the food product composition provided by the interface. Summing up, thanks to mobitouch expertise, the final product is not only a MVP, but has multiple additional functions.

The technical scope of the project included: native Android code, native iOS code, Backend PHP, push notification, data encryption, VoIP call, Socet chat, security and support.

The mobitouch team consisted of a UX designer, Android programmer, iOS programmer, PHP programmer and front-end programmer. The project manager supervised all activities. Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? The mobitouch team introduced new, unique features to the application, which made the application more attractive to customers. Among others: Profile - Contact business partners, check comments, exchange messages and contacts, make an appointment or call. Calendar - The built-in calendar can be used to schedule all meetings and mark events. Groups - Participation in groups is an opportunity to participate in a community centred around a selected topic, exchange news and information about events. Events - Quick access to information on each speech, speaker and event location.

They also implemented a QR code scanner and push notifications feature.

We created a comprehensive product that required the involvement of many people of various specialities as UI designer, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Front-end Developer and Back-end Developer. Also, in every step, we had great support from the Project Manager.

The app receives excellent feedback from people who use this solution and we already have further extensions and additional functions planned. The application works perfectly with other devices within the IOT infrastructure and is very stable.

Cooperation with mobitouch went very smoothly. Communication with the team was open and very smooth. Specialists from mobitouch explained to us the whole process of creating applications and how the individual stages will be carried out. We were in constant contact with the project manager, and programmers also participated in the communication if necessary.

Throughout the cooperation, we were convinced that the team really cares about the application is a real improvement for disabled people and their carers. This impressed us very much. However, this was not one thing that impressed us.
First of all, it is worth emphasizing that mobitouch has specialists who really know what they are doing and know the latest technologies, and most importantly - they can talk about them in such a way that they are understandable even to people who are not very technical.
