From the beginning we have decided, that this project will be classed as MVP. We need it to have a base function with the potential to expand. We drew a plan that was divided in three phases: design, development and deployment. In the begging of the works mobitouch prepared several graphic designs examples and concepts.

After we agreed on one of them, second phase started. Second step began from development of the actual web application. During this period, we consulted with the programmers on performance optimization. After a successful assemble of the app, mobitouch tested it in a live environment scenario. Another crucial point was the design and implementation of the tailored CMS into our web app.

It allows us to actively react upon the needs of our project. This also helped in creating the key words base with accompanied questions assigned to the chosen branches of the law. In the MVP stage of the project, maximal number of the data base branches is three. This will be the cornerstone for creating an algorithm based on machine learning, which in future will allow us to automate the process of data analysis.

After the successful testing, the project went on-line. Thanks to mobitouch’s work, user data input has an automatic prompt system. It allows to forward specifying questions to clients, helping law practitioners to identify their needs in more accurate and efficient way.

I can strongly say that we choose the right contractor for our project. From the very beginning we could count on a full answer to our questions and simple but professional clarifications of the process. I do not recall any problems whatsoever with communication between us and mobitouch representatives.

The meetings were arranged by Project Manager, always executed on time and to the point. During them we could always drop a question or suggestion and felt understood and taken care of. Outside of these appointments the communication was also impeccable.

Designing and creating web app like our project is a bread and butter for mobitouch. Their specialists are highly responsive and easy to reach. This allowed us to go through the project creation like a breeze. Workflow was smooth and professional.

The project main goal was to create a mobile application working as an intelligent nutritional advisor. FoodCore is set out to be a help for people with specific nutritional needs and their relatives. According to their diagnosis, FoodCore will be serving guidelines and tips regarding optimal food choice and suitable meal replacements. We also decided to tackle the issue of cross-allergies problem in our project.

Besides that, app will provide diagnostical help and specify types of foods, which should be excluded from daily diet. Ultimately, our nutritional assistant is a perfect tool for people who want to eat cleaner and especially for those exposed to food intolerances and allergies. FoodCore might also be very helpful for undiagnosed person having issues with digestion.

First draw of the FoodCore project was the MVP. Thanks to Flutter Developer provided by mobitouch, it operates perfectly both on iOS and Android. Our target was completed with minimal possible work cost. FoodCore offers the ability to create a personalized user profile, which allows the input of viable data: food allergies, digestive problems etc. In response app is suggesting avoidance of some foods and proposing variety of replacements. The important part of the project is additional information about the food product composition provided by the interface. Summing up, thanks to mobitouch expertise, the final product is not only a MVP, but has multiple additional functions.

Throughout the whole process of developing our product, mobitouch was professional and rapid to response. In addition, they have reached to us on their own with additional suggestions and solutions regarding our project. Thanks to that, the final outcome was even better. Mobitouch’s team proved to be an outstanding mobile app developer group. Head of the project (PM) showed great technical knowledge and vast experience in the projects like ours. The work was finished in accordance with the schedule, still well ahead of the deadline. Mobitouch is great for MVP projects because they began as a start-up company themselves, so they understand challenges and problems standing in front of new companies. In addition, processes that were previously very time-consuming and required the involvement of employees who can now spend their working time on other tasks have been automated.

On the technical side, the mobitouch team was responsible for the native iOS / Android code, integration with medical devices, remote API cooperation with, push notifications as well as support and security of the application.

What was the team composition?

The mobitouch team consisted of a UX designer, Android programmer, iOS programmer, PHP programmer and front-end programmer. The project manager supervised all activities.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The application prepared by mobitouch is great in real conditions. Carers of the disabled have received a functional and very convenient tool, thanks to which the comfort of the disabled has also been improved.

The app receives excellent feedback from people who use this solution and we already have further extensions and additional functions planned. The application works perfectly with other devices within the IOT infrastructure and is very stable.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Cooperation with mobitouch went very smoothly. Communication with the team was open and very smooth. Specialists from mobitouch explained to us the whole process of creating applications and how the individual stages will be carried out. We were in constant contact with the project manager, and programmers also participated in the communication if necessary.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Throughout the cooperation, we were convinced that the team really cares about the application is a real improvement for disabled people and their carers. This impressed us very much. However, this was not one thing that impressed us.

First of all, it is worth emphasizing that mobitouch has specialists who really know what they are doing and know the latest technologies, and most importantly - they can talk about them in such a way that they are understandable even to people who are not very technical. We have learned a lot thanks to this cooperation.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It's really hard to find such an area. Mobitouch team are absolute professionals.
