They gave us 2–3 design choices, which was helpful. I liked it in the first design - then they started developing it. The team did some coding on the backend to make sure that our training materials and blog posts pop up on our home page. We get every update through weekly meetings. And we also visit 4 times at company's headquarters, in Noida, India, and the last meeting with the company owner and director.

The website is fast and snappy! It loads in minimal time and delivers a consistent user experience. I landed on a few good connections and projects through that website.

It was very well managed - they sent me emails every week - sharing all the project updates. Initially, we did catch up on calls almost every day - but once they knew what I wanted, they were on their own. They took care of it. Although the owner's English language skills were excellent, the project directors and their programmers' English skills were limited, which may be one reason why they were unable to complete the milestones to my specifications.

They really understood what I needed and developed a website that reflected my vision. Their team was proactive when it came to support and helped me all along the way. Misha Infotech is a unique example of an organization that was truly able to deliver website within customer's specifications.
