A centralized admin panel for managing customers, restaurants, riders, commissions, campaigns, payments, and platform-wide reporting. And a responsive marketing website communicating the Vezito brand and supporting restaurant and rider registrations. All five were built to work as a single integrated ecosystem.

All five platforms went live within the project window. The customer app, restaurant app, rider app, admin panel, and marketing website are fully operational. Restaurant partners can manage their menus and orders independently through the partner app. Riders are being assigned and managing deliveries through the rider app. The admin panel gives our team centralized control over every aspect of the platform without external support. The marketing website is live and actively supporting restaurant and rider registrations.

The Mindrops team maintained structured communication throughout, with regular updates at key milestones across each platform. Given that five products were being developed simultaneously, coordination could have easily become fragmented but it held together reasonably well. Once that alignment happened in the first month, the development phase moved with considerably more clarity and speed.

On the admin side, Mindrops built a dashboard that lets our team manage campaigns, candidate records, content, and announcements from one place. The site was built responsive across all devices and structured to hold up under high concurrent traffic during active recruitment drives. Ongoing maintenance is covered under an AMC.

The portal went live and handled our first recruitment drive without any downtime, which was the real test. Candidate registrations and applications are now coming in through the platform directly rather than through calls and emails. 
Our admin team manages campaigns and content updates without external help. The volume of manual tasks that used to sit with our operations staff has dropped noticeably since the platform went live.

The most immediate outcome was simply having a functional, professional website live for the first time. The responsive layout was a specific requirement on our end, and they delivered that properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile. SEO-friendly page structure and optimized load times were also part of what was delivered, not just the visual design.

The website went live by late March 2026 and has been functioning without issues since. Mobile performance specifically has been solid, which matters because a good portion of our client interactions happen through phones. The work covered the entire platform , from improving how the recruitment pages were laid out to fixing bugs that were affecting form submissions. Mindrops worked on the candidate application workflow specifically, which involved document upload handling and notification flows. They also handled UI consistency across device types, performance optimization during high-traffic periods, and content updates as our recruitment campaigns changed. The site needed to hold up when we ran active drives and push a lot of applicants through — that was a core requirement throughout.

Mindrops built the complete website for Vatsa Electric from the ground up. The scope covered everything from initial planning and UI/UX design to frontend development, backend setup, and final deployment. 
The main deliverables included a fully responsive, mobile-friendly website with dedicated sections for each of our core services including solar plant operations, maintenance, contract labor, and project management. They also built out supporting pages like About Us, Projects, Clients, and HR Compliance to give visitors a fuller picture of what the company does. 
On the technical side, they handled on-page SEO, SSL integration, and performance optimization to make sure the site loads well and is discoverable. The contact and inquiry functionality was also set up to support lead generation. Overall the final output was a clean, professional website that accurately represents the business and works well across all devices.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website launched within the planned timeline and has been functional without any major issues since going live. We noticed an improvement in how potential clients perceive the business, as the site now gives a more professional first impression compared to what we had before. Inquiries through the contact form picked up gradually after launch, which suggests the lead generation setup is working as intended. The site also performs well on mobile, which covers a good portion of our audience. Overall it has made the company easier to find and easier to approach online.

The project management was straightforward. Tasks were communicated clearly and we always had a sense of where things stood without having to ask too often. The team stayed within the agreed timeline, and when we had feedback or change requests during the design phase, they were addressed without much delay.
Response time was reasonable throughout. If something needed attention, it did not sit for days without a reply. That consistency made the working relationship easier, especially since our team was juggling other priorities alongside this project.

The initial design concepts could have come with a bit more variety to choose from. We were presented with a direction fairly early on, and while the final output was good, having a couple of alternative approaches to compare would have made the decision process easier on our end. More options upfront would give the client a clearer sense of the range before committing to one direction.

Our goal is to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for people who otherwise have limited access to quality medical services.

Mindrops handled the end to end development of the EonMed platform. The scope covered a responsive custom website, a mobile app for patient and doctor connectivity, and a React based admin dashboard for managing consultations, users, and reports. 

Key deliverables included a patient registration system with digital health cards, secure role based login for patients, doctors, and admins, online and video consultation features powered by Jitsi integration, a digital prescription system, and a recurring consultation setup for ongoing patient care. The admin panel gave our operations team full visibility over the platform with tracking and analytics built in.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest win for us was having a fully working platform by the end of the project with no major features left incomplete. Patient registration, video consultations, digital prescriptions, and the admin dashboard all came together the way we had planned. 

The mobile app worked smoothly for users who are not particularly tech savvy, which was the whole point. Having everything connected in one system meant patients in remote areas could consult doctors without traveling, which is really the core problem EonMed set out to solve.

The project management was decent overall. Things moved well once the development picked up pace and the team was responsive when we raised concerns or needed changes. There were a few slower stretches in the early phases where communication could have been more proactive, but nothing that derailed the project. 

When we flagged issues they were addressed without much back and forth. The final deliverables came through within the agreed timeframe and the team stayed engaged till the end, which mattered to us.

Honestly, what stood out was how quickly they grasped the vision behind EonMed without needing it explained repeatedly. They've balanced technical complexity with usability in a way that feels natural rather than forced. For a web development company handling a project of this scale, that kind of understanding is not always a given.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindrops could have done differently?

A more structured update schedule in the early phases would have helped. There were a couple of stretches where we had to follow up to get a sense of where things stood, and a regular check in rhythm from the start would have made the process feel smoother. Nothing that affected the final output, but it is something worth improving for future projects.
