The project covered everything from the initial planning and wireframing through to live deployment. Mindrops built out the core pages including the Services section, About Us, and the Contact and Enquiry pages. The Services section was structured to separately address residential, commercial, and industrial offerings, which was important for us since those are fairly distinct customer segments. The responsive layout was a specific requirement on our end, and they delivered that properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile. SEO-friendly page structure and optimized load times were also part of what was delivered, not just the visual design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website went live by late March 2026 and has been functioning without issues since. The most immediate difference was having a professional online presence that we could actually share with prospective clients. Before this, we had nothing to point people to. Enquiry touchpoints on the site have made it easier for potential clients to reach out directly. Mobile performance specifically has been solid, which matters because a good portion of our client interactions happen through phones. We haven't tracked formal traffic numbers yet, but the overall professional impression the site creates has already made a difference in client conversations.

When we had revision requests, they were addressed without much friction. The team was reachable and didn't leave us waiting on updates for too long.

One thing worth mentioning is that the revision process could have been a bit more structured. There were a couple of instances where we were unclear on which version of a design was the final one being worked on. Nothing that derailed the project, but a clearer handoff process for revisions would help. The one area where things could improve is around proactive updates during the project. Most of the time we were the ones checking in to ask where things stood, rather than receiving regular progress notes from their side. It wasn't a major issue and the work itself didn't suffer for it, but a more consistent update rhythm would have made the process feel more managed. Even a brief weekly status note would go a long way for clients who aren't deeply familiar with web development timelines.

The engagement started in late November 2025 and has continued as an ongoing maintenance contract since then. The work covered the entire platform , from improving how the recruitment pages were laid out to fixing bugs that were affecting form submissions. Mindrops worked on the candidate application workflow specifically, which involved document upload handling and notification flows. They also handled UI consistency across device types, performance optimization during high-traffic periods, and content updates as our recruitment campaigns changed. The site needed to hold up when we ran active drives and push a lot of applicants through — that was a core requirement throughout.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The platform is stable and has held up during active recruitment campaigns without downtime issues, which was the primary goal. Mobile usability improved noticeably, candidate drop-off during the application process reduced after the form and navigation fixes.

The website now presents a cleaner, more professional image that aligns with how we position ourselves to airline partners. Lead inquiry flow through the contact and application sections is more organized. We haven't tracked formal conversion metrics yet, but operationally, the platform is functioning better than it was before the engagement.

The AMC started 30th November 2025 and has been running continuously since. For an ongoing contract, the response to bug reports and change requests has generally been timely, most issues were addressed within a reasonable window. One thing I'll note is that during periods when we had multiple requests in parallel, it would've helped to have a clearer status tracker or shared log of what was pending versus in progress.

One area that initially needed improvement was proactive communication during the AMC engagement. In the beginning, there was limited visibility into the ongoing monitoring and maintenance activities happening in the background. However, over time this improved, and the coordination became smoother and more transparent. Going forward, sharing a short periodic update, even a simple monthly summary of completed checks, fixes, or upcoming focus areas, would make the experience even better. That kind of communication adds reassurance and helps build greater confidence in the long term collaboration.

The main deliverables included a fully responsive, mobile-friendly website with dedicated sections for each of our core services including solar plant operations, maintenance, contract labor, and project management. They also built out supporting pages like About Us, Projects, Clients, and HR Compliance to give visitors a fuller picture of what the company does. 
On the technical side, they handled on-page SEO, SSL integration, and performance optimization to make sure the site loads well and is discoverable. The contact and inquiry functionality was also set up to support lead generation. Mindrops handled the end to end development of the EonMed platform. The scope covered a responsive custom website, a mobile app for patient and doctor connectivity, and a React based admin dashboard for managing consultations, users, and reports. 

Key deliverables included a patient registration system with digital health cards, secure role based login for patients, doctors, and admins, online and video consultation features powered by Jitsi integration, a digital prescription system, and a recurring consultation setup for ongoing patient care. The admin panel gave our operations team full visibility over the platform with tracking and analytics built in.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest win for us was having a fully working platform by the end of the project with no major features left incomplete. Patient registration, video consultations, digital prescriptions, and the admin dashboard all came together the way we had planned. 

The mobile app worked smoothly for users who are not particularly tech savvy, which was the whole point. Having everything connected in one system meant patients in remote areas could consult doctors without traveling, which is really the core problem EonMed set out to solve.

AI powered data extraction was built to automatically read invoices of different formats and pull out key details like vendor name, invoice number, date, amount, tax, and line items

Extracted data is stored in a secure structured database that is easy to search, retrieve, and audit 

Validation mechanisms were added to catch errors and ensure data accuracy before anything gets saved

 Mindrops was brought on to build InstoFin from the ground up, a fintech platform focused on digital lending and consumer product financing. The project was divided into three core parts.

The first was the customer app built for both Android and iOS. It covers digital onboarding, KYC and video KYC verification, loan application, EMI tracking, payment reminders, and account management with real time notifications. 

The second was the vendor app, also on Android and iOS, built for sales partners at the point of sale. It handles quick customer onboarding, real time loan processing and approvals, and sales and transaction tracking. 

The third was the admin web panel which acts as the central system for business operations. It includes loan approval workflows, a credit risk assessment engine, real time dashboards, MIS reports, and full control over users and transactions. 

On the integration side the build includes digital KYC and video KYC, CIBIL based credit checks, automated loan approval logic, fraud detection, credit scoring, and payment integrations covering UPI and NACH mandates for EMI and autopay. 

The overall goal was to deliver a production ready platform that handles everything from customer onboarding to loan disbursement and repayment management with minimal manual intervention.
