Overall, it’s been a big improvement for us.We’ve just started using the system recently, so we don’t have exact numbers to share. 
However, the workflow already feels smoother, and we can see that renewals and client handling will get much easier with time. The initial feedback is positive. Our team feels the dashboard is clean, reminders are helpful, and client management is faster than the old manual process. So early indicators show a good impact.

Nothing was copied from any template, everything was built fresh according to our business.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Website went live on time and now it is our main source for new enquiries. Since launch, many clients have checked our website first before calling us, which wasn't happening earlier at all.

Mostly we talked over calls and email, and they used to send screenshots as pages got ready. One small observation, in the starting two weeks there was some confusion on who will give what content, our side or theirs. After that it got sorted and process was smooth.

Content part for compliance and data privacy took two extra rounds since financial wording needs to be correct, cannot write anything casually there. If there was a proper checklist from day one for what content we need to give, it would have saved some time.
