Since SEO and online growth naturally take time, some progress was a bit slow in the beginning. But with consistent effort, things have been moving in the right direction. Other than that, the team has been supportive and easy to work with.

Mindrops has developed all the important parts of our portal and app, including user registration, login, client profile section, policy details, renewal reminders, document upload, and the full admin panel.

Mindrops’ portal has really improved our workflow. We used to miss some renewals, but now reminders come on time. Our client data is clean, and our team can manage more customers without extra load. Overall, it’s been a big improvement for us.We’ve just started using the system recently, so we don’t have exact numbers to share. 
However, the workflow already feels smoother, and we can see that renewals and client handling will get much easier with time. The initial feedback is positive. Our team feels the dashboard is clean, reminders are helpful, and client management is faster than the old manual process. So early indicators show a good impact.

The core deliverable was a fully functional Android rider application built specifically around RocketZone's delivery workflow. The app includes secure rider login and authentication, real-time order assignment, live delivery status updates, integrated Google Maps navigation, a one-tap customer calling feature, COD collection tracking, delivery confirmation and proof collection, return and exchange pickup management, push notifications for new deliveries, and a rider activity log for performance monitoring. 

Beyond the app itself, Mindrops also handled the full requirement analysis and workflow planning at the start of the project, which helped avoid a lot of back and forth later in the build. The project ran from 5th January 2026 to 1st June 2026 and covered everything from initial planning through to deployment and support assistance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The rider application is now live and being used by our delivery team across Delhi. Real-time order assignments have replaced the manual coordination process we were using before, which has reduced response time between order placement and rider pickup. 

Our operations team now has full visibility into delivery status at every stage without needing to call riders for updates. Return and exchange pickups are also being managed through the app, which was previously handled over WhatsApp and phone calls. The overall coordination between riders and management has improved noticeably since the app went live.

Project management was generally well handled. The team followed a structured process from the start, beginning with a detailed requirement discussion before moving into design and development. Feedback and change requests were addressed without major delays, and the team stayed communicative throughout most of the project. 

The delivery timeline from January to June was met without any significant slippage. Response time on queries was reasonable and we did not feel out of the loop at any point during the build.

What stood out was how well they understood the operational side of a delivery business before starting the build. A lot of development teams focus on the features list and miss the workflow logic behind it. 

Mindrops asked the right questions early on about how our riders actually function during a shift, which meant the app design made sense for real on-ground usage. The one-tap calling feature and the way order status updates were structured showed that someone on their team had genuinely thought about the rider experience and not just the admin view.
