Mindrops has developed all the important parts of our portal and app, including user registration, login, client profile section, policy details, renewal reminders, document upload, and the full admin panel.

Mindrops’ portal has really improved our workflow. We used to miss some renewals, but now reminders come on time. Our client data is clean, and our team can manage more customers without extra load. Overall, it’s been a big improvement for us.We’ve just started using the system recently, so we don’t have exact numbers to share. 
However, the workflow already feels smoother, and we can see that renewals and client handling will get much easier with time. The initial feedback is positive. Our team feels the dashboard is clean, reminders are helpful, and client management is faster than the old manual process. So early indicators show a good impact.

The goal is to create a smooth and reliable platform where customers can order groceries easily, delivery partners can manage their tasks, and the admin team can handle the full operations without hassle. The main deliverables are a full customer app, delivery partner app, and admin dashboard with complete backend and real-time delivery features.

The project is still going on, but we have seen good outcomes like working screens, order flow setup, and basic delivery features coming live in demos. This gives confidence that things are on track.
