For us, client satisfaction is our number 1 measurable outcome. If the client sends the email and is happy with the responses they receive because it worked as expected, that is our goal. We've rarely ever had reports of the email being built improperly, if ever. That is a testament to why we always come back to the Mavlers team.

Couldn't ask for better. Generally speaking, they deliver earlier than anticipated and keep communications simple and straightforward, with no unnecessary upsells or marketing jargon which in our fast-paced work, is a blessing.

They were fast, effective, reliable, and priced respectfully. We have a direct line to them when we need it, and it's a simple email to kick a project off, with no complication. We value that so greatly when partnering with folks like the Mavlers team.

Quality of work has never been an issue. Prices have increased since we first engaged with them, but how could they not? I wish I could use their other services more, just have not been able to find the right fit yet, at no fault of theirs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

SEO Increase in traffic overall due to better search visibility and link building efforts Out of 13 targeted keywords, 1 Keyword (sell your business online) is ranking in the top 10 position and 2 keywords are ranking in the above 20. Note: Success was limited due to the inability to complete all the actives recommend during the original audit. 
The campaign was consider reasonably successful within the limits of what could be acheived. SEM Achieved 41 primary conversions during the campaign period at a 1.21% conversion rate ROI for the campaign was better than all other marketing activities previously conducted at an average cost per conversion of $347.

Good project management. Usually delivered on time or would inform us about changes to a delivery schedule in advance. Very proactive and always professional. Flexible to the changing needs of the client or situation and able to provide create solutions when required.

We were impressed with the team's enthusiasm, professional conduct, and dedication to exceeding expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mavlers could have done differently?

Attention to many of the smaller details was often missed. Such as writing or spelling the product / brand name wrong in emails and reports (more than once). Content writing was not always good enough for this particular project / brand, whether that be articles or meta tags and text for website optimisation. 
It could be technically correct, in terms of use of keyword etc. yet not aligned to the communication style of the brand or simply include incorrect facts in articles. However, it is fair to say that the content matter is quite complex and to write about it you need to have a solid understanding of the product/service. Too focus to early on getting feedback on team performance, instead of just focusing on daily delivery of high performance. 
Sending simple questions for feedback such as "Are we being awesome"? or similar before I'm able to make this judgement. Personally I would reserve the title "awesome" for something really super outstanding. The service Mavlers provided was generally really good, if not great at times, but I wouldn't descrbe it as awesome.

We needed a brand refresh across its European markets. As part of this initiative, we required the design and build of 8 email templates, together with a modular library of standalone content blocks that could be mixed and matched to support different campaign goals.
