they can achieve project very fast and they were really trying to match our needs and what we had in mind. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mavlers could have done differently?

I think the only area of improvement would be to have only one point of contact for the client to whom you can make all requests. I got used to having one team wotking on the email template part and one on the landing page template but having to split feedbacks in 2 differents threads is a bit time consuming if you are on the customer side. I would suggest having a weekly alignment chat with both teams but having only one thread for everyone and then the project manager can deal with what is not clear. But overall I was satisfied with the support provided by the team during the whole project.

In 2023 we had to fill in some key email marketing operations positions quickly, and we reached out to Mavlers to fill in two positions; Email Marketing Manager and a QA Specialist.   We had a short-term agreement with them, and it was very successful.  As we moved through 2024 we decided to migrate to a new ESP's, and we re-engaged Mavlers and expanded their team to include dev resources as well.  We successfully migrated and Mavlers has been an extension of our internal ops team for over a year.

With Mavlers managing daily tactical tasks like Dev, QA, data segmentation, reporting, and deployments, we have freed up our internal resources to focus on more advanced projects. This has allowed us to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and refine our business-as-usual operations while driving innovation.

Mavlers excels in project management, consistently delivering projects on time and remaining highly receptive to our feedback. They demonstrated technical expertise through efficient journey builder driven campaign execution, effective customer segmentation DE using Automations as well as responsive support during critical campaign periods. They showed up and went beyond the scope to add value and support throughout the campaign. They did manage very complex SFMC campaign implementation very well.

While we appreciated the enthusiasm to start on all pages at once, for the next set of pages we would be looking to have one page drafted and provided to us before starting on the rest of the pages, so that any tweaks/changes that need to be made can be done so on that first one without needing to be repeated on the rest, saving time and effort and avoiding any extra costs. 

There were a few things that our developers tweaked before we put the pages live, but we are looking to remedy this next time with a technical sheet or similar.

We have many email projects that are urgent and require them to be done in a timely manner with minimal errors. In terms of project management, there were times when the list of request deliverables was lengthy but our Mavlers teammate was able to handle the responsibility and provided us with all of our emails quickly and efficiently.

Because we work with Pritpal on a regular basis we cover off lots of different deliverables from helping manage, develop and impliment websites of many different kinds. Some sites are complex and others are more simple - all of which pritpal and his team execute very well.

The only thing we would like to see fixed which is more of a technical or procedure is coming up with a solution for 2FA when the mavlers team needs logins it's hard to time sharing the 2FA codes with them as the time difference could be a factor.

The project involved the devlopment of a website based on designs provided for a new marketing website for Gradient K-12. This involved the development of 14 site pages using the new design. Pages included:

We had a deadline to launch the new site on August 1 with the back to school season.

Mavlers delivered on the requested pages and site projects by the proposed time.

The team was great at communications and helping with determining the best setup. We did struggle at the start of the project with development looking as desired, but the team was good about working with my team and communicating how to best streamline and structure the site so that future projects would be developed with fewer adjustments or troublesome layouts. Responses to question from me were very promptly answered.

The team was very prompt to respond and communicate with me in order to answer questions or to fix problems. The team was very friendly no matter how small the request or adjustment.

I liked having the shared Google doc for feedback, questions, and adjustments. This helped me to keep track of fixes or make notes that tend to get lost in an email exchange.
