1. Consistent Rendering Across Devices and Browsers: The templates were tested and confirmed to work seamlessly across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.), ensuring a consistent user experience.
2. Correct Functionality of Interactive Elements: All interactive elements, such as forms, buttons, and sliders, were verified to work as intended, ensuring users can engage with the content without any issues.
3. Accurate Display of Design Elements: The design elements, including images, text alignment, spacing, and layout, were all displayed correctly according to the client’s specifications, providing a visually appealing and brand-consistent experience.

For this particular project, the timeline was the most impressive. The project was slated to take 2-3 months, but Mavlers was able to deliver in 3 weeks. Mavlers has been instrumental in revitalizing an old application we inherited. With their expertise, we successfully migrated the app from a local environment to a cloud-based server. They also upgraded the system from a legacy version of PHP 5 to PHP 8, ensuring improved performance and long-term support.

In addition to the technical enhancements, Mavlers gave the application a much-needed facelift, introduced numerous quality-of-life improvements for administrators, and integrated it with various marketing and GPS platforms. Their support has made a significant difference in both usability and scalability.

We've rarely ever had reports of the email being built improperly, if ever. That is a testament to why we always come back to the Mavlers team.

SEO Increase in traffic overall due to better search visibility and link building efforts Out of 13 targeted keywords, 1 Keyword (sell your business online) is ranking in the top 10 position and 2 keywords are ranking in the above 20. Note: Success was limited due to the inability to complete all the actives recommend during the original audit. 
The campaign was consider reasonably successful within the limits of what could be acheived. SEM Achieved 41 primary conversions during the campaign period at a 1.21% conversion rate ROI for the campaign was better than all other marketing activities previously conducted at an average cost per conversion of $347.

Good project management. Usually delivered on time or would inform us about changes to a delivery schedule in advance. Very proactive and always professional. Flexible to the changing needs of the client or situation and able to provide create solutions when required.

We were impressed with the team's enthusiasm, professional conduct, and dedication to exceeding expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mavlers could have done differently?

Attention to many of the smaller details was often missed. Such as writing or spelling the product / brand name wrong in emails and reports (more than once). Content writing was not always good enough for this particular project / brand, whether that be articles or meta tags and text for website optimisation. 
It could be technically correct, in terms of use of keyword etc. yet not aligned to the communication style of the brand or simply include incorrect facts in articles. However, it is fair to say that the content matter is quite complex and to write about it you need to have a solid understanding of the product/service. Too focus to early on getting feedback on team performance, instead of just focusing on daily delivery of high performance. 
Sending simple questions for feedback such as "Are we being awesome"? or similar before I'm able to make this judgement. Personally I would reserve the title "awesome" for something really super outstanding. The service Mavlers provided was generally really good, if not great at times, but I wouldn't descrbe it as awesome.
