We hired Markivis for multiple projects but the primary project that we did with Markivis was the creation of our country LinkedIn pages for regional offices and curating content to increase engagement for them. Markivis also helped us in running paid marketing campaigns for these pages.

We explained the objective of creating the website and showcase some of our sample work to be embedded in the layout. The team was able to grasp the goal quickly and showcased some sample designs. The designs were implemented in the first go without any alterations required.

The project was delivered 2 weeks ahead of schedule. It required minimal inputs or oversight from us. We have received very positive feedback on our new branding.

We had weekly meetings. Key members of the team were always available via a project WhatsApp group. We also had a content editing and approval platform to populate Instagram.

We had scheduled meetings twice a week to review the progress. In addition to that teams from both sides were regularly in touch and had unscheduled meetings as necessary. The progress as well as challenges were clearly communicated. We always felt that the project was under control.

We were looking for a partner to own the end to end execution of the project, including scripting, storyboarding, voice-over, animation etc. We asked Markivis to present a concept note to us and based on what they submitted we liked the idea. The concept note was taken to script level and then the video was executed.

This is the best part of Markivis, you never know how many people are working on the backend to ensure that the project gets delivered. But on the face of it, I was working with just one guy and occasionally two more people stepped in.

Following Markivis' design of our Powerpoint templates, we send them design work by email, with turnaround taking place in a few days. I continue to meet regularly with Amit Khanduja, whom I consider an invaluable strategic partner, to ensure our ongoing alignment.

Very easy. Communication takes place in real time over Slack, with communications of record taking place over e-mail.

The project manager that was assigned was easy to communicate with and provided up frequent updates. We connected over the phone and emails at least twice a week. Overall I was impressed by the timelines of the team.

It was really interesting to see the knowledge that they possessed about our industry and market. We learned much more than we thought possible, and we appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful while we struggled to keep up with their innovative ideas.

Markivis has been involved in a number of projects and help in their execution from start to finish. For instance, for a bank client. We have initial calls to understand needs of the client, and they come up with information on what campaigns are effective for the client and when we should execute them. Following that I provide them material to work with- logos, branding guidelines and possible copies/content for ads. They come up with a campaign plan that I review and share with the client for their approval. Markivis then takes care of all campaign, supervising results and sharing progress of each campaign with us weekly. They also share a report on results on a monthly basis. They have also helped in traditional marketing through designing of ebooks, pamphlets for advertising in person.

Our first corporate client were happy with our campaign and representation work and have extended their contract. Our social media platform which had very few posts and even fewer followers now shows regular engagement (almost on a daily basis) and we have trebled our following on platforms like Instagram.

There is a smooth communication system in place- we feel free to approach the team several times in a week and they are always responsive. They are quick to get back to you for any needs you may have. If someone is unavailable in a certain capacity, someone else steps into their place to make sure there is no issue.

Markivis' main strength is that they are very dependable. I know that timings and deadlines will always be met. They have a very positive attitude about tackling work even if it needs multiple revisions or is a new, last minute project that requires quicker follow up from their end. Compared to another company that takes of app development for us, I have always found this marketing team to be more on point and professional. They almost seem like they are a part of your own company and that is a huge takeaway for a client.

I think Markivis meets most of our requirements- there are times when I have to edit certain content/ads but I don't think it impacts their quality of work overall.
