Markivis was hired to build a companion website for an online store that will be used to deliver services online to consumers.

Markivis has a good track record and has demonstrated effective delivery of good quality work. They were chosen for these reasons.

There were at any given time 2-3 team members working with us.

We must defer until after our services have launched.

Very professional communications with personal attention of the team members were key features of the Markivis engagement style. Leveraging necessary communication tools and dedication to timely delivery made things go smoothly.

I liked their empathy for their customer.

Within the scope of this project and given that the market impact has not yet been experienced, it is difficult to specify any particular areas of improvement. Overall a well conducted project!

We were looking to expand in the US market. Our marketing functions were operating in a hub and spoke model. There was a central brand and marketing team, but the regions had to run their own marketing function. To support our existing sales team, we were looking for a marketing team who could run the entire marketing function for the region and coordinate with the central marketing team.

After several rounds of discussions, Markivis was shortlisted. We choose Markivis' because of their approach, adaptability, and experience with B2B marketing for product and SAAS companies.

At first, we were looking for a collaborator to oversee automation. As we gained confidence in the team, the engagement gradually expanded beyond managing marketing automation, including running campaigns, website management, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns. We were able to generate qualified leads for sales as a result of their marketing strategies being put into practice.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We reached 20000+ prospects and 50+ leads in quick succession. Additionally, we built brand awareness by putting their marketing strategies into practice. We've also improved things internally thanks to frequent suggestions and updates on how potential target audiences perceive us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective. The project manager and the entire team had plenty of experience handling obstacles and delivering results on schedule. They communicate and understand each other well overall. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We genuinely appreciate their strategy of going above and beyond what is required to guarantee project delivery. They made no complaints regarding numerous changes and the added value, which was crucial.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Actually, no. Quality has always been our main priority, and the team has cooperated flexibly with us to keep things on track so far in our relationship.

What were your goals for this project?

Creating a new website that can showcase our work to the prospects. We also wanted to maintains social media presence for our company.

We had worked with Markivis before and had complete faith in the capabilities of the team.

We explained the objective of creating the website and showcase some of our sample work to be embedded in the layout. The team was able to grasp the goal quickly and showcased some sample designs. The designs were implemented in the first go without any alterations required.

I had worked with the project manager and the CEO from time to time. The internal team specifications were not known.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were extremely happy with the outcome and design. Our social media presence was also increasing. We were gaining visitors and seeing engagement on both our website and social media.

It was really effortless and the process was streamlined to produce satisfactory results.

Their understanding of our business and timely delivery stood out. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome.
