First we pull the products with all details and images to respective categories in our site.
Create configurable products from the API response if the products are meant to be configurable, and simple products if they are meant to be simple producs.
Get multiple product attributes from the API response and assign them to respective attribute sets.
Get multiple product attributes and map them to respective attributes as per our site's requirements.
Check for availability of product at a particular PIN code by pinging the product ETA API of the vendor and display it in the product display page.
Place order on the vendor API when order is placed in our store.
Check for the product shipment status and fetching the tracking details, tracking url etc and display it in our customer dashboard order tracking area.

MageComp made this process very easy for me, and it allowed me to test all of my business processes and front-end UX before the upgrade.
After the testing, the upgrade was done in one business day (overnight) and did not affect my website visibility or disrupt people ordering. It was seamless. Any small issues were fixed the next day.

We are based in the U.S. and MageComp is in India. We communicate via Skype and use Trello for task managment. This process works well for me. MageComp always responds quickly and small tasks are completed usually within 1 business day. Larger tasks like upgrades, MageComp will provide a realistic timeframe of completion.

They are very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience with Magento development. When I don't understand something, they take the time to explain it.

My company sells women’s cloths, and I am the CEO of the company.

I wanted to update my website to make it more modern and appealing to our potential customers.

We had worked with another development company before them, and the collaboration was not very successful. We were looking for another partner, and I considered Indian companies because they are in the same time zone as us. The project started in December 2019 and is still ongoing.

We have significantly increased our sales due to the website upgrades they provided.
The quality of their work is just as good as any US company but significantly cheaper. I fully plan to continue the fantastic relationship that we have had so far because of how helpful they have been for us.

The project team have the project client manager and the developer. The developer's task was to resolve the conflict and the manage task was to provide the seamless client feedback experience between the client and the developer.
