Testing and QA alignment: Strengthening pre-delivery testing and aligning more closely with real business scenarios (e.g., order flows, stock syncing) would further minimize back-and-forth during final validation.

That said, these are relatively minor points, and the team remained responsive and committed to addressing feedback throughout the project.

We wanted a custom module to connect our Magento2 marketplace to a vendor's API to:

• Pull products with images, description price etc

• The module was required to connect to one of our vendor's API and to completely handle their products in our Magento2 e-commerce website. 
• First we pull the products with all details and images to respective categories in our site.
• Create configurable products from the API response if the products are meant to be configurable, and simple products if they are meant to be simple producs.
• Get multiple product attributes from the API response and assign them to respective attribute sets.
• Get multiple product attributes and map them to respective attributes as per our site's requirements.
• Check for availability of product at a particular PIN code by pinging the product ETA API of the vendor and display it in the product display page.
• Place order on the vendor API when order is placed in our store.
• Check for the product shipment status and fetching the tracking details, tracking url etc and display it in our customer dashboard order tracking area.

All the above tasks were completed exceptionally well

We were using Magento as our e-commerce platform for our website, and we wanted to bring that up to date. Additionally, we wanted some new website features.

MageComp provides us with e-commerce and mobile app development. Magento had a major upgrade to version 2.4, and MageComp upgraded our platform. The team has helped us integrate Twilio, which is our communication platform.

Currently, they're working on a mobile app for Android and iOS. They're also integrating Twilio into the app and adding features like programmable voice, text, chat, and verification. Other features they're adding include two-step verification and a payment gateway using PayPal.

MageComp is very good; I like working with this team. Moreover, they've helped us upgrade our platform, implementing many security fixes.

If you're in North America, be prepared to adjust your schedule due to the time zone difference. If you wake up early and coincide with MageComp, you can get a lot done.

I hired MageComp last year to take over my Magento Upgrades. They have been excellent. I am based in the U.S. and we communicate through Skype. Magento development is complicated and they have made this process very easy. When I need a new feature or need something changed to work differently with my business processes, they have been able to make Magento work correctly for those needs.

They usually complete minor tasks within 1 business day, and if something needs to take longer, like an upgrade, then they give realistic timelines. They are also helping with my UX design and technical SEO. I really enjoy working with Dhiren, and the MageComp team.

I hired MageComp to do Magento Upgrades, UX Web Development, and Technical SEO. They also have created specialized code to get Magneto to work with my unique business processes.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected MageComp because they were on a list of recommended vendors from my WebHost Nexcess. The deciding factor for me was that they were quick to answer my questions and concerns and were very knowledgeable and seems to know how to make this process of upgrading easy.

The first task was to set up a separate server with a higher PHP and the upgraded version of Magento in order to test that all of the Magento Extensions would work properly. MageComp made this process very easy for me, and it allowed me to test all of my business processes and front-end UX before the upgrade.

After the testing, the upgrade was done in one business day (overnight) and did not affect my website visibility or disrupt people ordering. It was seamless. Any small issues were fixed the next day.

After this upgrade, things are running smoothly and I am able to stay PCI compliant.

MageComp always responds quickly and small tasks are completed usually within 1 business day. Larger tasks like upgrades, MageComp will provide a realistic timeframe of completion.

The project team have the project client manager and the developer. The developer's task was to resolve the conflict and the manage task was to provide the seamless client feedback experience between the client and the developer.

Hiding product price and setting up custom message encourage store visitors to sign up for the store and can serve personal approach to store. But in default, Magento you can't hide product price. Magento 2 Hide Price Extension by MageComp allows the store owner to hide product price and add to cart button for non-registered users and specific customer groups. This can help manage visibility of product prices for website users and encourage them to register on your store. The extension allows the store owner to have full control over price visibility and add to cart functionality. Not only this, store admin can set their custom message as button text to encourage their store visitors.
