The scope of work included UI/UX design and full-cycle development of both the restaurant management platform and its mobile application. Key deliverables included an intuitive admin dashboard, order and menu management, staff management, analytics and reporting, third-party integrations, customer-facing mobile features and ongoing optimization to ensure a scalable, reliable and user-friendly solution.

The project was delivered successfully and gave us a stable platform that our team could use from day one. It streamlined our day-to-day operations, reduced manual work and made it much easier to manage orders, menus, and staff across the business. We also received positive feedback from users on the platform's usability and performance and we've continued to build on the solution since its launch.

I recieved constant communication weekly and sometimes even daily. It really gave me a lot of trust knowing that there was progress and wasn't sitting. We usually have a weekly video call meeting going over everything and I haven't recieved this kind of care with any previous dev company so it was awesome.

I find the communication and care exceed my expectations. I know every single step they're working on and don't have to really worry about anything. If I need any revision to the site, they understand it fully and work on it and show me previews for approvals.

I don't think there's much they can improve on, communcation is more than exceeding, the work is perfect. I first initially saw their portfolio and was stunned which is why I went with them. I also didn't have a full vision but they helped me make it come alive. Maybe they could provide some examples of what kind of site for customers like me that don't know exactly how their vision looks. But overall this company is great.

Lumitech regularly saved us when urgent matters would pop up, and have become extremely valuable resources for our company.
