We launched our mobile app on time with our web app, allowing us to launch our business according to our original estimates. Since launch, we've been releasing new features on schedule and exactly according to our design requirements. Bugs have been minimal and the app has been very stable.

Lumitech was responsible for implementing the MVP of the app, which then, as they were exceeding expectations, included a redesign and implementation of additional features. The app was implemented in react native with some custom code for android/iOS as needed. The backend was a firebase database. Key deliverables included:

The project was divided into many chunks, and I assigned more and more pieces of the project to Lumitech as they exceeded my expectations and constantly delivered quality results.

Users should be able to assign people and equipment to tickets by dragging and dropping them onto the cards. Develop the associated modern Rest API and WebSocket backend.

We use Jira to closely manage our project and Lumitech is a true partner in evaluating epics, tasks and tickets to ensure our approach is well defined, meets critical path requirements of the project, and is appropriately sized to achieve maximum development efficiency.

We were building a suite of integrated applications, and hired Lumitech to take on a couple of aspects of the project. Lumitech helped us build a mobile application and several web applications that all shared aspects of the same database. The complicated part of the project was making sure that all applications were integrated and worked with each other. Lumitech expertly navigated through these waters.

Lumitech is great at measuring progress. We completed weekly sprints with a detailed outline for deliverables. Each sprint included new aspects of the project that helped build the application in a logical manner.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have weekly demos to review designs and provide feedback. They also quickly action feedback left as comments in Figma and comment back when they update the design. The new designs are much cleaner and more user-friendly, which should help with usage.
