Prototype First means Lumitech starts every engagement with a clickable prototype instead of a written proposal. Within days of the first call, the client receives a working AI prototype of the key screens and flows, built from their brief. The client reviews it, we adjust the scope together, and only then do we prepare the estimate and contract. This removes most of the risk from the early stage: the client checks our understanding of the product before spending a significant budget, and the final estimate is based on an agreed prototype, not on assumptions.

Yes. Lumitech builds every product to the OWASP Top 10 security standard by default, and the security, performance, backup and audit requirements are included in every estimate as a standard non-functional block. For clients in regulated industries, we design systems to meet GDPR, HIPAA and UAE data-residency requirements, including hosting in-country (UAE or KSA) where the client's regulator requires it. Lumitech has delivered projects for healthcare, finance and government-linked clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the UK and the US, and works under NDA and data-processing agreements as a standard part of the contract.

Lumitech offers two engagement models. For products with a defined scope, we work on outcome-based fixed-price milestones: the project is split into phases, each phase has a fixed price and a clear deliverable, and payment is made per milestone. For products that change often, we offer a dedicated team on a monthly retainer. In both cases the engagement usually starts with a short Discovery phase and a prototype. Estimates list every user-facing capability as a separate line, so the client can see exactly what each hour is spent on and remove or add features before signing.
