They respond very quickly and positively to our requests. All comments are listened to and handled flexibly. In addition, the team proactively advises on optimal solutions to ensure product quality. 
The company uses management tools such as Jira, Trello or Slack to track work and maintain transparency in communication. Overall, they work professionally, dedicatedly and always put the interests of customers first.

Kyanon Digital has delivered a great app with smooth integrations with our client’s backend and other platforms. We’ve received great feedback from the client and end users.

How did Kyanon Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Compared to our past projects with Kyanon Digital, we had new challenges with this one, such as meeting important deadlines. Their team was able to meet those deadlines. Still, we had to change some of those deadlines as the project moved forward because we changed some requirements. We also had some miscommunication issues, but we were able to collaborate well and reframe the project’s schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Most of Kyanon Digital’s staff is very young, so they’re very enthusiastic and have a great spirit. They also work very hard to ensure the project is delivered on time. Whenever we have any issues, new team members join the project to ensure it is completed successfully.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As a young team, they still have to learn how to work under pressure. Moreover, it would be great if they could create a record of every experience they have to pass it over to new teammates, along with the feedback they’ve received.

Be very clear about your expectations, have a clear scope and timeline from the beginning, and ensure to align properly with their team.

The success of any of these app development projects is based on user acceptance testing with the end user. As long as we close off all minimal functional issues at the start of the user acceptance, we consider the project a success. The quality of the work that Kyanon Digital has delivered has been more than ideal.

Kyanon Digital’s project manager has strong project management skills. They’re very technical and can quickly solve any issues to ensure the timeline is on track before any updates are given to me. They’ve saved me a lot of effort. We use Jira and Excel to manage our project, as well as Google Meet for communication.

The most impressive thing about working with Kyanon Digital is having a project manager from their side working with me.

Having the same project manager from the start to the end of most of our projects would be ideal.

The project management was good — I liked how Kyanon Digital organized the development. Kyanon Digital’s scheduling was great. The project was managed entirely in Asana, which was very efficient because it streamlined communication and app fixes. When changes were made to the app, they handled them in a timely manner. The communication between the project manager and developers during the handoff was excellent.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d worked with a different agency before hiring Kyanon Digital, but that partnership was a failure. So, I was happy when the collaboration with Kyanon Digital proved to be excellent — communication and cooperation were excellent.

I think their tech integration speed could improve.
