Kyanon Digital developed an online booking system for an operator company. They provided guidelines on how to use the system for the sales, IT, and accounting teams.
With the launch of the system, the staff had 100% control of all the tour requests. As a result, follow-ups, phone calls, and customer requests were made more manageable. Kyanon Digital provided solutions that were based on a unique business workflow. Their communication flow was top notch.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the CTO and co-founder. We are a tour operator in Vietnam with 4 offices in Ho Chi Minh city and 1 office in Ha Noi
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Kyanon Digital?
Our company is different or tour operator, we use online to recruite and acquire customer. There are some challenges for us: First, all tour requests come from many sources such as ads, websites, offline, etc... and the lead time to convert from request to booking is quite long (2 weeks at least). So we can not follow up with our customer Second, we can not centralize the phone system to 1 Third, there is too much paperwork to make a receipt.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We find some recommendations from friends and we have been recommended to Kyanon Digital. The first time we met, they know exactly what we need for all our needs with a limited budget.

They have researched several solutions before we met. In each solution, they presented Pro and Cons of each and they give the best solution for our unique business. After that, they give us the best provider for each system and help us how to integrate them together. Moreover, they have given us guidelines on how to use the system including for the sales team, IT team, and accounting team. One of the key things, is they give the right solution for our unique business workflow and the system can be extendable.

Their Product Manager was the main contact, besides that there are 3 other specialists working with us: Business Analytics, Architect Consultant and Technical Specialist

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After the system has been going live, our staff can control 100% of all the tour requests, and they easy to follow up with them, including customer phone call records, customer requests, what staff provided service to customers, what the staff sent email or SMS to customer, etc...
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
All the solution they suggest to us is based on our unique business workflow. All the communication is just based on how to help our staff works more effective and how to serve our customer as good as possible
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The impression when we worked with Kyanon is they always focus on who will use the system and how to help users work more effective
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We hope we can work with them again when our business grows bigger because there are some solutions we can not apply at that because of the limited budget
