Project steps include a scoping and understanding of the needs of the company. They were able to propose an agile setup that supported our continuous integration and continuous development needs. Key technologies include React and Django.

We were able to launch our product quickly in 2018 and since have continued to enhanced the platform and products; because of their help, we were able to launch quickly into several markets which was key to our go-to-market strategy.

Communication tools and project management tools included slack and trello. There's a heavy emphasis on agile development.

Communication be better improved, however, it's part and parcel of any company.

While running the project, Kyanon Digital provided a cross-functional team. All information is updated to us regularly through the Project Manager for easier communication.

The website has been up and running for 2 months and already have about 100-200 viewers per day. It is very appreciated and it working as smooth as it possible can. No bugs or other issues have appeared so far. I am especially satisfied with the development for affiliate banners and the graphs and diagrams on the website.

They did a good job. The project manager was flexible and met all our requests, and the team finished ahead of the deadline. The communication tool we used is Gmail.

Kyanon Digital has a very effective team, they were always ready to give their opinions to build projects to help them improve. We were very fortunate to be working with them.

I think we had a good time working together so there's not much to say about this.

We have clear milestones from both sides. Any extra works are estimated and discussed within both teams. Since we have several communication tools, our communication has never been interrupted.

The CEO is enthusiastic and motivated. Even though Kyanon is a big vendor, the CEO follows closely the project's progress. Additionally, the team is eager to learn and understand more about our requirements to create the best solution.

We are happy to do more business with Kyanon in the future.

They have a lot of experience to consult and implement the customer loyalty solutions. Kyanon Digital suggested some amazing ideas that helped us in designing the loyalty program.

I think Kyanon Digital should add more scenarios for loyalty programs to suggest for clients, i think it’ll be better for them if they approach new clients.

Our company is different or tour operator, we use online to recruite and acquire customer. There are some challenges for us: First, all tour requests come from many sources such as ads, websites, offline, etc... and the lead time to convert from request to booking is quite long (2 weeks at least). So we can not follow up with our customer Second, we can not centralize the phone system to 1 Third, there is too much paperwork to make a receipt.

We find some recommendations from friends and we have been recommended to Kyanon Digital. The first time we met, they know exactly what we need for all our needs with a limited budget.

They have researched several solutions before we met. In each solution, they presented Pro and Cons of each and they give the best solution for our unique business. After that, they give us the best provider for each system and help us how to integrate them together. Moreover, they have given us guidelines on how to use the system including for the sales team, IT team, and accounting team. One of the key things, is they give the right solution for our unique business workflow and the system can be extendable.

After the system has been going live, our staff can control 100% of all the tour requests, and they easy to follow up with them, including customer phone call records, customer requests, what staff provided service to customers, what the staff sent email or SMS to customer, etc...

All the solution they suggest to us is based on our unique business workflow. All the communication is just based on how to help our staff works more effective and how to serve our customer as good as possible

The impression when we worked with Kyanon is they always focus on who will use the system and how to help users work more effective

We hope we can work with them again when our business grows bigger because there are some solutions we can not apply at that because of the limited budget

The app hasn’t launched yet, so I don’t have any concrete metrics. However, I think the app functions well.

The project management was good — I liked how Kyanon Digital organized the development. Kyanon Digital’s scheduling was great. The project was managed entirely in Asana, which was very efficient because it streamlined communication and app fixes. When changes were made to the app, they handled them in a timely manner. The communication between the project manager and developers during the handoff was excellent.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d worked with a different agency before hiring Kyanon Digital, but that partnership was a failure. So, I was happy when the collaboration with Kyanon Digital proved to be excellent — communication and cooperation were excellent. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think their tech integration speed could improve.

I’d advise customers to be firm in their deadlines and development timelines.

This app is available on iOS and Android, and it enables users to keep track of their tasks and manage them seamlessly. We’re still working with them for maintenance and general support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Kyanon Digital helped us improve our workload and operations, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Even if we’re working from home we’re still able to finish our work on time so I’m quite happy with their services.

Their project management is more than I expected, because they provide us with additional support that’s beyond the scope of what we originally agreed upon.

One thing that I’m quite impressed with is their young and dynamic team. They’re not a large-scale company, but they’re good enough to provide a full-service package and work hard to understand your requirements.

I think it’s important to be patient and take the time to provide Kyanon Digital with the full background of your company before engaging. Tell them what you want to achieve so the partnership would be more efficient.
