From UI/UX design to actual app development, Kyanon Digital has assisted us at every step of the process. Their staff first listened to every aspect of our concept in order to assist us in making it a reality. They listened to what we wanted to achieve throughout our few conversations.
Then, using Figma, we storyboarded the app and explored a wide range of concepts. We discussed the branding, color style, and potential directions for this app with Kyanon Digital. We had the app fully planned out after going through this initial phase, despite the fact that it took some time.
Kyanon Digital is still working on the backend development at the moment. This app is being developed for both Android and iOS smartphones.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
At every stage, Kyanon Digital has been amazing and has enabled us to complete all of our tasks. Since we haven't completed the app, we don't yet have any metrics, but their work has been of excellent quality.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Kyanon Digital has delivered on time and on budget, and they communicate well with us. They do a check-in at the end of each week to show us what has been done and what needs to be done, which is one of my favorite things about them. In addition to being excellent at meeting deadlines, the team excels at managing finances.
Basecamp is what we use for sharing everything. We also made a number of Google Meet calls in the early phases of UI/UX design. I find that the process is a little more hands-off now that we're at the development stage. Every now and then, They calls to check in and provide information. We have mostly made use of Basecamp.

The team at Kyanon Digital has helped us with every step of the design and development process. We've never undertaken a project like this before, and they've gone over all the hows and whys of it.
