How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I found Kyanon Digital through my network. After briefing, the company offered me a very amazing loyalty management platform, then I decided to integrate it for our platform.

Kyanon Digital team deliver our project within 4 months because our platform architecture is so complicated. After that, we had 3 months for testing the customer loyalty management platform. During the testing phase, the results impressed me so much.

I mainly worked with project manager from Kyanon Digital team. I didn’t care how many people were in their team. We worked based on the performance of project delivery.

We increased 20% revenue from current customers. I am satisfied with the Kyanon Digital team, they are knowledgeable, professional and dedicated in every stage of project. They committed the time of delivery with acceptable performance.

I think Kyanon Digital should add more scenarios for loyalty programs to suggest for clients, i think it’ll be better for them if they approach new clients.
