We brought Katpro on to help design and develop a solution for us to tackle COVID 19 Contact tracing. the Goal was to ensure that anyone within the company that was exposed was able to notify the correct people and that we could find any customers that they had been in contact with and then notify them automatically.

How did you select Katpro Technologies Inc and what were the deciding factors?

We had used KATPRO on other parts of this project and so it was a natural selection to continue the relationship. We brought them on because of their innovative ideas and their ability to provide excellent service at a low cost.

THe project scope was continiously in flux. Nearly on a daily basis we had scope change. the KATPRO team adapted to the changes quickly and within hours changes were made. We had alot of difficult data source issues that they help work through with us, and added their knowledge of both SQL and NINTEX to the project

KATPRO had a team of 4 on the project, 2 local and 2 remote. a lead and 2 junior developers and a testing engineer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

so far the feedback for the users of the solution have been thrilled with the solution, the time saving is enormous

The only way this project could have had better communication was if we were all sitting togther in the same room the entire time. We used TEAMS chat and meeting daily and on demand and had 0 issue with relaying information to each other

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The 2 remote worker, worked late into the night sometimes to be able to accomplish communications and testing, and did it with a smile on their face. Great team

I am the IT Director at a company that provides varied services to law enforcement and correctional entities around the world. Our company has over four hundred employees in five continents. I oversee our US operations.

Our company wanted to duplicate one of our development environments in Azure. This was not a traditional "Lift & Shift", but rather a creative adaption requiring a a lot of dynamic changes. Since no one here had the necessary knowledge in creating a server environment in Azure, we hired Katpro to setup the environment and provide a knowledge transfer during the process.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to duplicate our local environment in the cloud. The big challenge was creating the communication servers that locally use specialized hardware and to work with our development department on this aspect of the project.

How did you select this vendor?

We performed many in-person interviews. and Katpro Kothand from Katpro seemed not only, very knowledgeable, but also very personable, which was very important to us.

This was a long process with many meetings with different members of the development and IT teams. after getting an understanding of the environment, the VM's were created in Azure and then reviewed by each department. Many meetings were held and with each meeting, the environment was tweaked and brought closer to what we wanted.

What was the team composition?

we only had the one consultant on site from Katpro.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Eventually the project was scrapped, so we could not measure success. This was due to outside forces.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was fantastic. As stated earlier, Kothand was both knowledgeable and personable, which made the flow extremely easy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed by Kothand's adaptability. Ech day would bring a new challenge and each time, he always found a way to resolve it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The knowledge transfer was good, but not well planned. I think a "teaching plan" would have helped this process along. However, read this as a suggestion, not as a complaint.

Their services were seamless. We didn’t have any interruptions, and I’m quite satisfied. They’ve suggested solutions that we’re looking into.

Implement SharePoint and deliver a collaborative solution for managing manufacturing workflow. Migrate users to O365, manage the migration of all corporate data assets into SharePoint. Provide recommendations for Enterprise Resource Planning software.

Move users to the Cloud for SAS, collaboration, workflow, cyber-security compliance

How did you select this vendor?

Requests for quote were sent to 10 companies, interviewa were conducted with 4 of those 10. Katpro received the award due to extensive work in the SharePoint realm and vast capabilities in O365, Azure as well as excellent past performance with manufacturing ERP implementation.

SCOPE-move AJPS from spreadsheet desktop workflow management into a collaborative realtime system to manage workflow maintain visibility and improve the manufacturing process. Katpro developed the strategy for transition/migration into )365, developed the SharePoint workspace to include a workflow capability, data and document migration from our file server into SharePoint

Katpro delivered everything and more for our success! AJPS is now moving into Phase II and preparing with the talent of Katpro and their CEO Kothand Rajangam. The team has remarkable talent with an uncanny ability to manage complex customer solutions with ease. AJPS will not attempt any enterprise changes without Kothand and his Katpro team of experts!

They have developed a SharePoint based application that allows our internal stakeholders to fill in the vehicle they have used through out the year for official and non official reasons. This declaration is required by Govt audit team in Australia.
