We were starting our legal firm and needed to reach clients. JustIdea was doing mainly SEO of our website however they were also consulting us on digital marketing and IT issues

JustIdea were able to provide us with tailored and reliable consultation on the digital marketing strategy.

JustIdea helped us create our digital marketing strategy, they conducted SEO of our website and were managing Google Adds. Soon we were listed very high and we were receiving a lot of leads from these actions.

The vendor was recommended to us. We had one other cheaper offer, but the vendor proposed a full package solution - there would be less involvement on our side required.

Logotypes. Web site designs. A working Presta shop with a blog.

We are happy about the results - a custom presta shop adhering to our overall vision.

We were using activecollab. Overall we were happy about the tool. Communication was smooth and they delivered at the pace we provided the necessary information and materials

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They proved to be flexible and understanding. It was not easy to work with us as due to the pandemic and other factors, we suffered many setbacks in developing the products we are selling in this online shop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If any thing, I would expect there was a kind of a project manger involved that would check on the developers work and mediate between him and us, the clients. It would save me some extra time.

Justidea Agency has done tour companies website in 3 languages and since then they still maintain service of the website and change the graffics texts etc of the website when needed. They have also implemented an online shop in the website when needed.

THey started as a freelancer company. I have seen their work and good reviews . I met with them before I decided to hire the company and then decided they are suitable for the job.

I am not an expert but I know that the web is done in word press and is done from zero so it is easy to make changes. (It is not done in template)

6-7 people worked with me. some are developers and some are grafic experts. I have also worked with the owner of the company in many fields including SEO and google ads.

I can say that we get alo of feedback from our clients that our site is one of the best in the industry since it is very intuitive with high quality texts and good graphics

We mainly work in a task manner on the project via activecollab. THeir reaction to the tascs is very fast + I can send an email or phone the owner is sth is complicated. We also use a backup website so when we do sme changes we have the possibility to see them without publicated them online.

They were trustworthy, fast, and competent. They were open-minded to ideas.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I dont see any minuses in the fields we work together

Our client wanted to modify his library system, which is used by almost 1/3 of Polish libraries. We commissioned the development of new views based on the current ones. Meetings were held twice a week to verify the progress of work.

We started with setting up an advertising account and connecting all the necessary tools to monitor the effects of the campaign. Then we set the goals of the campaign and made the appropriate graphics. Over the next months, the ads were adjusted to my needs and budget.
