Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First stage was the brand analysis workshop, during which we have defined the scope of works. Second stage was a graphic design based on contents (texts, graphics, photos) that I wanted to be inlcuded in my website. A graphic designer form JustIdea created a series mockups of the website and I have chosen the one that was the best for me.

During thrid stage , the graphic designer created the actual view of the website with sub-pages, icons and shapes that are used in the project. After my green light, the fourth stage was coding of the website. At last, I've got the first version of the wewbsite and with some improvements implemented both by the graphic designer and developer who coded the project, the website was completed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result, the website runs well with and it's being taken care of by the company. I am very satisfied with the outcome and the website is the most valuable asset in my current work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Due to the usage of a project management platform (Activecollab) the communication was very quick and easy, and the workflow was very effective. I never had to wait a long time for the response of the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was truly surprised with the level of customer service they have at every single step of our cooperation. Doesn't matter if it was a graphic designer or CEO himself - all of the people I've worked with shown amazing wokring ethics and great attitude with regards to the challnges we have had. That combined with great skills of the team is a success recipe.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During this project I don't see any ares for improvement for the company.

I'm the manager of online shop - lavel.pl - which is owned by the producer. We produce and sell swimwear.

We were trying to switch from only wholesalers to some retail online sales. In season 2017/2018 we established our online shop. First marketing company was tragic (only wasted our money and time) but then I have found Mateusz Haber and his company JustIdea. They have managed to change our situation completly. Our problems: we wanted to sell leftovers after season but we had no online reach, no knowledge about logistics, no idea how to sell our product and to whom.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

On the first meeting with Mateusz (owner) I knew that he's the one I'm looking for. He had the experience, his own real use-cases to show me whenever I wanted to know something (eg. how particular campaign works or which campaigns or which actions will lead to success). He knew my industry well and we could start actually right over. From day to day they created Google Ads campaigns and Facebook Ads campaigns and we started testing and earning new users.

After we created Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns they pointed our weak spots and provided with solutions. From that point our online sales moved forward. Actually from that point we only make progress. The road was bumpy but with so involved (engaged) people it was rather simply.

We were working throught ActiveCollab.com which made communication smooth - this allowed us to discuss many topics, graphic's ideas, find our language with clients and made it possible to suit campaigns to our needs (or actually to our prospects' needs).

We worked with account manager, graphic designers, copywriter, CSS campaign's specialist and some more people from the team when needed or requested (eg. frontend dev, backend dev). We have had the help we needed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We reached even-ROAS just after couple months when in fact before we were only losing money. We even reached average ROAS of 600 (across FB and GAds campaigns) when COVID19 started, but the pandemic changed everything for our swimwear business (travel&accommodation markets where stopped all over the world) and we had to start doing something else.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had constant communication throught ActiveCollab. Thanks to this platform, we were able to get answers, get images for ads, and exchange ideas in just hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think that the most important thing is that the owner is self-taught digital marketer with his own brands which he runs BUT he (as the owner) delegates. I think when you are specialist and you are establishing your own company the biggest problem you will have is that your employees will be worse than you at first and this will lead owner to take responsibility for the employees' work.

This will lead to work inside your company but now to work ON your company, on it's growth, on it's future and possibilities - as good boss does. Here, in JustIdea, I have figured out that Mateusz is the kind of person which delegates, teaches, helps to accomplish goals, inspires employees, pay well and thanks to this - his company is growing rapidly.

Just call them and ask how many employees they have and when they started - I'm sure you will be amazed by the answer.

Nothing that I recall.

I'm an idealist, so the Just idea team had a lot of work to do with my project. Despite this, they managed to create a brand and a store that I’m really proud of. We have attracted the attention of large companies and we’re starting cooperation with them soon.

They’re helping with our online advertising on Google, Microsoft, and Facebook to help us improve our market positioning.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them our targets, guidelines, expectations, and access to some of our tools, including analytics. After explaining how our websites work and how customers find information on them, JustIdea came up with different solutions on how we could use the Google and Facebook tools to test ads and get real-time feedback from the market. Our customers are from the wealth sector, and JustIdea designs ads that are geared toward them.

They made connections with our CMS and identify target groups, as well as find new solutions and models that we can use. Based on the data we shared with them, they identified what the most effective and cost-efficient ways of connecting with our customers were. They’ve also worked on video ads with us.

What is the team composition?

I’m not sure how many people are working on the graphics and other parts, but I’ve had contact with at least three of them in different areas of our collaboration.

I Googled a few companies and got in touch with JustIdea. I had a meeting with their CEO, and we exchanged some feedback, and I got a clear proposal in terms of cost and conditions. They provided innovative ideas and also reacted to my ideas and proposals, telling me when they found one to be ineffective.

We started working together around September 2021, and it’s ongoing. We have no plans to end the collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have some metrics, but the most valuable feedback is the engagement we get from the market. We’ve seen increases in both sales and our commissions.

How did JustIdea Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through ActiveCollab and Skype, and we also confirm some things via phone. With meetings around once a month, we discuss general ideas and the project plan.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s their creativity that stands out. They focus on our goals and ideas around what we want to introduce, along with offering with ideas of their own.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s not that I’m dissatisfied, but something they could do better is discuss the business a bit more deeply with me. They could bring in more ideas that way.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

They should discuss expectations, budgets, and possible methods that JustIdea can use for advertising. I think it will be quite easy to find a common language.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

When we started our website, more and more customers started to appear. Some of them who live in my city said it was the best website in my town in the area.

JustIdea has carried out the entire process phenomenally, from the first talks to the implementation of the project with specialists. I could always count on their help and support. Their Business Developer was available to me by phone.

JustIdea is using a project management tool called ActiveCollab, through which I could contact the specialists assigned to my project. If I had such a need, I could also arrange a call with them (videoconferences). We successfully finished the project within the agreed time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found most impressive few things:

• fast response time from their specialists
• knowledgeable specialists who suggest different solutions to my website and advise which one I shouldn't take into account.
• Meeting their deadlines
• Overdelivering by suggesting what I can do more once the website is created

Bonartis Group imports clothes and footwear to Australia from Poland. We provide marketing, branding, import, and export services. I’m the brand manager for Love of Clogs, which is an e-commerce brand run by Bonartis Group that specializes in selling clogs in New Zealand and Australia.

What challenge were you trying to address with JustIdea Agency?

We’d worked with three previous marketing agencies that weren’t able to produce the advertising campaign results that we were looking for. We also had some issues with our website. Because of this, we hired JustIdea Agency for their support in development and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve employed JustIdea Agency’s web development and marketing services. They’ve fixed issues with our website, including plug-ins that weren’t working and payment gateways that needed updating.

They’ve taken over our online marketing channels, running our Google Ads and Facebook ads. We’ve added their Klaviyo email marketing services as well. We’re now planning the next few months of marketing campaigns with them, which will be handled by their team.

We started working with JustIdea Agency in January 2022, and the arrangement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They're the fourth agency we've hired, and they're the only ones who've been able to accomplish our desired results in the agreed-upon amount of time. We're quite happy with the returns on ad spending and the number of sales so far, and they've said it will only get better with time. We have sales every day now, which was not the case before.

We've seen a huge improvement with our Facebook ads and Google Ads. Their results with those ads were the reason we engaged them for Klaviyo email marketing services. We just finished a weekend flash sale email campaign for our mailing list, which went really well. They've also improved our website's functionality and speed.

How did JustIdea Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They've met all timelines and stayed within our budget. They've given us the option to have more hands-on involvement with projects or step back — we like to be involved because we understand the technology. 

They use technology very efficiently to their advantage. They manage their projects via ActiveCollab, so we can see exactly what they're doing, how much progress they've made, and how much time they're spending on it. We know exactly what they're doing. We can directly contact whoever's working on a given task; it's easy to communicate with them or call a meeting. We used Google Meet for video conferencing. 

We don't have to ask for feedback all the time — we can log in anytime to see what work has been done and what still needs to be done. It's very practical, and they're very good to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're a one-stop-shop for all the services that an e-commerce business needs. We don't have to look for another agency or freelancer if we have additional needs — we can just ask them. They have SEO, development, and marketing services in-house. We were surprised to see that they have a Klaviyo email marketing specialist.

Other marketers have been more secretive and less transparent. Working with JustIdea Agency has been refreshing — it's good to know what they're working on.

They've given us good advice and contributed ideas that we wouldn't have thought of. They think specifically about what could work for our business and don't try to sell us services that we don't need.

For example, they gave us the advice that it's not necessary for us to develop a new website at the moment, and that we should focus our efforts on increasing sales instead. We also asked about Pinterest marketing, which is one of the services they offer, and they've advised us that given our line of work and the products we're selling, we probably wouldn't see very good results on Pinterest. Again, they could have sold us a product, but they've advised us not to waste our money, which is nice.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't have suggestions for improvement — so far, it's been smooth sailing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Stick with them and give them a chance for a while, and they'll deliver results. They've gotten better results in a short amount of time than any other agency we've been with. The refreshing thing about them is that you feel like you're getting honest advice as opposed to self-serving advice. It's nice to work with a partner knowing that you can trust their instincts and their expertise.

I’m the CEO of a clothing brand. We’re focused on lifestyle clothing and accessories, and our main target is the surfing and watersports-oriented market.

What challenge were you trying to address with JustIdea Agency?

Our headquarters are in Krakow, Poland but we wanted to expand to the western market, specifically targeting Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. To do this, we brought in JustIdea to build us a webshop.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

JustIdea designed and developed our initial webshop on the PrestaShop 1.6 platform. In 2021, we decided to take our collaboration to a higher level and build a new webshop in PrestaShop 1.7. 

Their team helped us design and create a multistore on the platform in order to make international sales smoother. They set up the functionalities to fit our needs, seeing as we have complicated, interconnected accounting and warehousing systems. Their configurations would enable us to operate with different currencies, warehouses, and markets and more easily manage things from the backend. 

We’re now relying on JustIdea to do performance marketing for us through Facebook and Instagram.

Our business has grown like crazy during these past few years. The e-commerce aspect, in particular, has grown by at least 200%, and we can thank JustIdea for this because they built the multistore for us. We’re also drawing more traffic into our website because of their social media marketing work.

How did JustIdea Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything goes according to plan, and we’re super satisfied with the communication. JustIdea is always online, and they never leave us alone to deal with an issue. They’re super reactive. I have nothing to complain about. We use ActiveCollab and Slack all the time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

JustIdea is always one step ahead of us; they think about what we can improve, even if we don’t mention it. If we need something, they already know what to do. They’re always analyzing and going deep with any case, and the results are usually above our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, we’re super satisfied at the moment. The price point is good, and it’s simply good service for the right money.

Don’t think about it too long; work with JustIdea as soon as you can.

I’m the founder of naturestyle.pl, a high-end furniture shop.

What challenge were you trying to address with JustIdea Agency?

We needed someone to create our e-commerce store.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them a few ideas, and they launched into ecommerce development. They ideated and executed everything from our logo to our unique aesthetic. It’s a large shop, so they integrated various features and functionalities to ensure a great UX. Each collection has its own design, and is customizable to some degree.

Mateusz (Founder & CEO) is my primary point of contact. There are 2–3 other people working on the project with us.

How did you come to work with JustIdea Agency?

They were recommended by a friend. We talked to 7–8 other agencies but felt that JustIdea Agency was most equipped to handle the large project scope.

We spent $200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in September 2018, and the work is ongoing. The shop was launched in December 2018, but they continue to provide updates.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We wouldn’t be where we are had it not been for JustIdea Agency. We were experiencing a lot of administrative issues when we first started the shop, but JustIdea’s work has alleviated much of that burden. They’ve automated many of our processes, so overhead costs have lowered drastically.

Our annual sales have also skyrocketed. In 2018, we were making $3000 a month of sales profit, and currently, our monthly sales have gone up to $100,000. I’m very, very pleased.

Mateusz and I speak regularly. He’s always available, day or night, to answer questions and discuss ideas. We communicate via Microsoft Active Callup during work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’d highlight Mateusz’s knowledge. He also took the time to teach me about the e-commerce and social media world. He’s become a partner and a friend.
