I provide them with content, links, marketing and sales objectives, and a budget I’m comfortable with. In return, they formulate strategies tailored to my business. They also alert me to new features within the ad platforms and have the flexibility to test different approaches to gain a competitive edge. I meet with my team for a call on a bi-weekly basis to discus results, objectives, and strategies, We will also meet via email intermitendly between meetings if needed.

Paid advertising through Google has been a strong sales channel for my business over the last four years. We set a target ROAS and maximum daily budget, and they consistently achieve my ROAS goals while frequently underspending the allotted budget, improving overall efficiency and trust. Their performance stands out compared to other agencies I've worked with in the past.

They run a very tight ship. Whenever I request something, whether it's a report or a Google Ads question, they respond quickly and informatively. When I provide content and marketing objectives, they are able to launch campaigns shortly thereafter. I know they work with many other clients, but their responsiveness and accessibility make it feel like I’m their only client. That is very cool to me.

While they are an agency, they feel more like an extension of my own team.

JumpFly stripped my old advertising campaign down, built new landing pages and did many things to improve our success rate per clicks.  We were told it could take a month or so to see any tangible results, but it was more like two weeks without any drop from our previous sales ( Which matched the prior year).

JumpFly was communicative and proactive and kept us in the loop and it was also very educational, so I am proceeding with more confidence and this is not so foreign to me.

Overall, sales are consistently 25% over last years numbers!

We’ve expanded the scope of the project, and JumpFly now provides creative services. They create content for social media and Google Ads.

We chose them because they didn’t require yearly contracts, so we didn’t feel trapped in the partnership. We were also impressed with their knowledge. JumpFly had enough teammates certified by Google and Meta. We had worked with other agencies before, and we felt JumpFly had the most experience for what we were looking for. The size of their company worked well for us. As a bonus, JumpFly was close to us.

We’ve seen overall increases in our SEO rankings. The rankings have been volatile in the last year, so a lot of the work we’re doing is to maintain our rankings rather than move forward. We’re already very established with a lot of our keywords, so JumpFly’s work is maintenance on the ones that are doing well and trying to move up other ones. We’re comfortable with their services.

JumpFly delivers work on time and within budget. We use email, Zoom, Google Docs, and Google Meet for communication and project management. JumpFly has their own executive dashboard to get high-level stats. They prepare a lot of presentations, and we get weekly reports on the performance of all the accounts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

JumpFly is comprehensive in the services they provide. We’ve leveraged the synergy between their organic and paid teams. There’s a lot they learn from each other. JumpFly has a deep knowledge base and a strong relationship with Google and Facebook. They’re also willing to run a lot of experiments and try different strategies. Some of them are labor-intensive to set up, and JumpFly is more than willing to test anything we want to test.

No, we’ve been very satisfied with them.

Trust JumpFly. You need a lot of assets and patience. You can’t expect immediate results; you have to put things in and let them cook.

After having gone through several Amazon ad agencies, where I was repeatedly switched with new account managers with little actual experience every few months, I found JumpFLY via an online search.  Instantly during my first conversation with them, I got the sense that these people are solid professionals who were interested in becoming a long-term partner instead of just trying to make a sale.  Their professionalism extends to their entire team of hard-working, dedicated, experienced professionals.  The onboarding process was so easy, it only took 2 weeks instead of months that other ad agencies took to learn my business  and get up to speed.  Other agencies started out with over 100% ACOS, which was insane, it took months for them to bring the ACOS down.  Wheras JumpFly immediately achieved lower ACOS% than any other ad agency I've used in the past.  

Another benefit of JumpFly is that they are pretty much a full-service Amazon agency.  Along with an ad agency, they offer other services - a Kapoq dashboard, a service that monitors Amazon and gets you reimbursements for unwaranted chargebacks, and a discount on a service that provides Amazon review removal. They were able to get Amazon to update a product listing page that I've been trying on my own to do for over a year.  Also, they were able to accomodate both our Seller and Vendor accounts with the same cost, while other agencies wanted to charge me double. They are Amazon experts and will answer any of your questions and help you in any way they can.  I think that's a great partnership and look forward to many, many years with them.

JumpFly was able to "clean up" all my Amazon issues that I was unable to do on my own.

The JumpFly PPC team helped us revise our target keywords, keyword strategy, ad copy, and conversion tracking through HubSpot and CallRail. The SEO team provided an exceptional keyword strategy roadmap, which we fine tuned throughout the year. They provided onsite content, culled our online reviews to strategically add those to our site, provided recommendations for new landing pages and helped interview our team to reoptimize old long-form blog content.

We also worked with the JumpFly Social team to launch a brand awareness campaign via LinkedIn advertising, which ultimately increased our SEM conversions via our Branded campaign.

JumpFly is an expert PPC; their work has been more efficient than anything we've done. My company is struggling now, although it isn't because of JumpFly. The return I'm getting on Google Ads is decreasing yearly, and the team is helping me look into that.
