JumpFly performed an audit of our PPC and SEO, provided recommendations, then began implementing them in Q1 2024. We held biweekly meetings to stay on track of deliverables.

The JumpFly PPC team helped us revise our target keywords, keyword strategy, ad copy, and conversion tracking through HubSpot and CallRail. The SEO team provided an exceptional keyword strategy roadmap, which we fine tuned throughout the year. They provided onsite content, culled our online reviews to strategically add those to our site, provided recommendations for new landing pages and helped interview our team to reoptimize old long-form blog content.

We also worked with the JumpFly Social team to launch a brand awareness campaign via LinkedIn advertising, which ultimately increased our SEM conversions via our Branded campaign.

Project management was impeccable.  SEO team provided clear notes prior to biweekly meetings with upcoming deliverables and always stayed on top of schedule. It was a beautiful partnership. The Social team also provided phenomenal resources and notes after each call outlining action items.  Could not have asked for a better partner.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

JumpFly is an expert PPC; their work has been more efficient than anything we've done. My company is struggling now, although it isn't because of JumpFly. The return I'm getting on Google Ads is decreasing yearly, and the team is helping me look into that.

How did JumpFly perform from a project management standpoint?

JumpFly is easy to work with and very responsive. The team responds promptly when I contact them. We communicate through Google Meet and Zoom.

I work more with Nikki, and she's very knowledgeable about PPC systems. I'm very happy with her work. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm really happy working with JumpFly. The team has helped me understand how PPC advertising works, which is complex for me. I'd like to understand it more, but I don't have time.

We first engaged JumpFly with the goal of improving ROI and ROAS after seeing these key measurements decline for 2 years straingt using another agency. JumpFly took a deep dive into our campaings, goals, and performance and developed a new paid ads campaing. It did not take long to see the results. 

JumpFly has consistently met our goal of 4x minimum ROI for our paid search campaigns; with many months far exceeding our target ROI. In addition, the retention rate of customers acquired via paid search has improved month over month.

Pandemic error was very challenging for our social media efforts and we continued to have performace issues until we engaged Jumpfly for this service in late 2023. We have made significant gains in our Facebook ads campaigns since engaging with JumpFly for Meta ads management and strategy. ROAS have been exceptional, and our impressions and brand awareness has grown substantially.

Social Media Meta ROAS average is 8.5X. Meta clicks, reach, and actions have all grown well beyond pre covid era.

Paid search has consistantly exceeded our benchmark goal of 4X ROAS. Impressions and cost per conversion has remained within expectations.

JumpFly has been very enjoyable to work with. Our questions are answered immediately, and our routine meetings are on time, informative, and professional. Our marketing team at PinMart has almost daily communications with the teams at JumpFly and we are confident that our needs will always be met promptly.

Since working with JumpFly, we’ve seen an increase in our leads, and the general advertising cost has decreased. I wouldn’t still be working with them if they didn’t provide results.

JumpFly’s project management is perfect. They’re very responsive, communicative, and always on time. We have a biweekly call where they recap everything, and they always execute any changes needed promptly. Besides our biweekly meetings, we can email them or call them if we need something urgent.

JumpFly’s reputation in the digital advertising space is noteworthy. A lot of companies claim to be very good at it, but JumpFly’s reputation speaks volumes about their service.

We’ve seen an incredible increase in our retail sales. When our retail website went live just over a year ago, we were only getting around 3–5 orders a day. Now, we receive 3–5 orders every hour.

Their project management has been great. They’re very flexible in terms of pausing or restarting campaigns, and they’ve always accommodated us when we needed to make adjustments to our timelines. 

A lot of our correspondence is done over the phone and through conference calls. We also email back and forth. Their team is very communicative.

I’m most impressed by their marketing expertise. I can’t even log in to Facebook or Google without seeing an ad from our company. It’s been fantastic.

Management of google ads and retargeting. They helped us determine a good set of search phrases and they helped us plan and execute on the key areas we wanted to focus in on. They helped optimize our spend on google and see that we CPA and CPC scores.

Our primary point of contact is our account manager. She does a great job and is very responsive. Others have joined on the calls for account reviews and there is a consistent team copies on all emails with us so they have overlap in their coverage.

We have been using JumpFly for a few years. They provide consistent and detailed feedback on our campaigns. They seek the best performance for our investment and consistently tweak our campaigns to improve their effectiveness. They meet our expectations each month, which is pretty good given they have set our bar high.

They communicate consistently and thoroughly. We receive reporting each month, and shorter intervals if necessary. Whenever we ask for help they reply same day. Friendly, professional, factual management style.

Responsiveness, proactive management of campaigns. It is easy to set the controls, put a program in place and let things run as is, they do not. They look to improve and trim the underperforming parts of the program.
