We’ve seen a steady flow and increase in our revenue since partnering with JumpFly, and I'm very pleased with their PPC services.

JumpFly meets deadlines and stays on budget. We communicate through phone calls and emails, and the team is very responsive — we never have to wait long for a response.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like JumpFly's work as a whole, and the team works together in unison. Managing Google Ads campaigns requires regular follow-up and enhancements, and JumpFly's work meets our expectations. JumpFly is a completely well-rounded team.

I can't think of anything for JumpFly to improve.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, JumpFly has been meeting our expectations. Since we started working with them, we’ve managed to triple our ROAS.

How did JumpFly perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been meeting our deadlines and staying within budget. We hold bi-weekly meetings via Google Meet to discuss progress and go over any new deliverables, and whenever we have any urgent questions or requests, we contact them via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve worked with other agencies in the past, and there’s always lot of pressure to increase ad spend. This has not been the case with JumpFly — they’re very approachable and are mainly focused on the health of our account.

I don’t have any constructive feedback for JumpFly. They’ve been doing a great job.

Using Hubspot and google analytics, we were able to track and see how many leads we were receiving on a very consistent basis.

Very effective! We met on a bi-weekly basis

They are a one-stop shop for all of our marketing needs. They are open to trying and advising new services to give you the best outcome.

They are very good at what they do, but there is always room for improvement. One area of concern may be just have an organized agenda or an exact idea of deliverables for each meeting

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since working with JumpFly, we’ve seen an increase in our leads, and the general advertising cost has decreased. I wouldn’t still be working with them if they didn’t provide results.

How did JumpFly perform from a project management standpoint?

JumpFly’s project management is perfect. They’re very responsive, communicative, and always on time. We have a biweekly call where they recap everything, and they always execute any changes needed promptly. Besides our biweekly meetings, we can email them or call them if we need something urgent.

What did you find most impressive about them?

JumpFly’s reputation in the digital advertising space is noteworthy. A lot of companies claim to be very good at it, but JumpFly’s reputation speaks volumes about their service.

Have a clear idea of what you’re trying to accomplish and have realistic goals.

We are a motorcycle gear manufacturing company and I’m one of the senior customer representatives and admin personnel. I work with our customers directly to help facilitate their order processing and invoicing. I also handle all customer service matters over the phone or through email.

We wanted to increase the ROI of our marketing strategies and generate more retail sales.

We tried doing SEO with JumpFly, but we haven’t completely followed through with that campaign. They are, however, helping us with social media marketing and paid search.

We have a dedicated team of six people, four of whom are working on paid search while the other two are working on social media campaigns.

The owner of our company had worked with them in the past for his other company.

I’m not certain of the month, but we started working with JumpFly somewhere in 2021. Our partnership is ongoing.

We’ve seen an incredible increase in our retail sales. When our retail website went live just over a year ago, we were only getting around 3–5 orders a day. Now, we receive 3–5 orders every hour. 

How did JumpFly perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been great. They’re very flexible in terms of pausing or restarting campaigns, and they’ve always accommodated us when we needed to make adjustments to our timelines. 

A lot of our correspondence is done over the phone and through conference calls. We also email back and forth. Their team is very communicative.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed by their marketing expertise. I can’t even log in to Facebook or Google without seeing an ad from our company. It’s been fantastic. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I don’t have any complaints.

Set and communicate your expectations well so that their team can meet those specifically. This goes for working with any kind of company.

Referred to them by a business associate. Knowledge of B2B marketing and competitive price for their services.

Management of google ads and retargeting. They helped us determine a good set of search phrases and they helped us plan and execute on the key areas we wanted to focus in on. They helped optimize our spend on google and see that we CPA and CPC scores.

Our primary point of contact is our account manager. She does a great job and is very responsive. Others have joined on the calls for account reviews and there is a consistent team copies on all emails with us so they have overlap in their coverage.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been using JumpFly for a few years. They provide consistent and detailed feedback on our campaigns. They seek the best performance for our investment and consistently tweak our campaigns to improve their effectiveness. They meet our expectations each month, which is pretty good given they have set our bar high.

They communicate consistently and thoroughly. We receive reporting each month, and shorter intervals if necessary. Whenever we ask for help they reply same day. Friendly, professional, factual management style.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Responsiveness, proactive management of campaigns. It is easy to set the controls, put a program in place and let things run as is, they do not. They look to improve and trim the underperforming parts of the program.

Not that I can think of.

Since working with JumpFly, our ROAS and overall reach have steadily grown. Plus, we have seen a lot more engagement and brand interaction on our social ads, which is great to see.

Simply put, the entire JumpFly team is readily available whenever you need them. They are quick to respond, implement changes, and follow up with additional information whenever required. They are efficient during meetings and incredibly helpful with strategy recommendations.

They treat our business as if it were their own. Every element of their proposed strategy is carefully planned to ensure effectiveness. We really appreciate their commitment to our business.

Not at the moment. JumpFly has made every aspect of our relationship easy. We are excited to see how the team manages ads throughout the holiday season.

I am a marketing associate for a small office supply company, We have about 25 employees including those in our warehouse. We've been around for almost 100 years.

We selected Jumpfly because someone that used to work at our organization now works for Jumpfly.

A big advantage to that was that the employee was already familiar with our products, goals, and actions we've had for years.

Our rep always goes above and beyond for us. We tend to ask a lot of our rep especially because she has worked for us before that sometimes it can be overwhelming for her.

However, she never complains and always gives us the metrics we request. She is also always there to help with other Amazon questions regarding our account besides our advertising.

Everyone on the team meets weekly for check in's and we also host monthly calls with our CEO to ensure we all remain on the same page and keep our goals on track.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Jumpfly we have seen significant growth in ad revenue and overall Amazon sales.

We've also been able to learn how to best format campaigns and what type of campaigns work best for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our account manager and rep are very easy to communicate with. They are also very accommodating. We have weekly calls with our rep and monthly calls with our CEO, rep, and account manager. All calls are always productive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

How they are able to juggle not only our account but, many others as well.

We ask for a lot of weekly and monthly metrics from our rep and we always appreciate her pulling that information for us and for always being available to ask about anything about Amazon, not just advertising.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wish things were submitted in a more timely manner. Sometimes the reporting requested are presented the same day a review rather than before. I would not say this is a big issue because we understand our rep and account manager is managing many different accounts.
