Our project manager was very professional with the team. We would talk throughout the process of each sprint and discuss their progress, how the site looked, it's functionality and to be sure it was fitting our needs.
At the end of each sprint a tutorial would be delivered showing how it all came together. Response time (us being in the United States, New Jersey EST, and them being halfway around the world in the Ukraine)... they always made it a point to make it as convenient for us here as possible.
Their team would stay late so we could talk with them, would take calls in the middle of the night, respond to emails etc. I have to give their team a lot of credit in how they responded to our needs. I feel this talks directly to IT Crafts willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, and it speaks volumes about their work ethic and character. IT CRAFT puts the customer first.
